Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kavarna

Our host Vera, was so accommodating to us allowing us to check in early, we even accidentally lost Keys and she came out late at night to open the doors for us. The studios were very well fitted and furnished and it was just overall a very nice experience for us at Varna Studios. I would highly recommend them.

We found a clean house, equipped with everything you need, but especially located in a quiet area, on the outskirts of the town. For us it was the perfect choice. Communication with the owner was very good.

We spent a few nice days with Julie. Your manager checked us in and was also very friendly. Since the address did not match the one displayed, the manager had to pick us up. You could do better in the future. Walking to the beach takes about 20 minutes over a steep dirt road and tall grass. The path is still worthwhile. The nearby beaches are also great, but better to reach by car. Overall, some things need to be renewed here and there. Still, it was worth the money. The pool was serviced every morning. Since you are in the middle of nature, you should not be afraid of animals, which you see there more often. We would come back.

You know that place that's a home away from home, where you have everything you need. That's precisely Galina's place. It's very peaceful and relaxing and, like everyone said, the hosts are extremely discreet. There's a big yard and an outdoor cozy sitting area. I absolutely loved the big kitchen and dishwasher. Keep in mind that the beach is not within walking distance so you would need a car. We recommend Kosmos beach that's not crowded at all and on the wild side. Lots of places to eat, especially in Krapets, a 10 min drive away. We will definitely come back!

During our Easter mini holiday, Mike's place was the perfect spot for us. Situated in a green quiet area, only the birds you could hear around :) Pretty close to Kavarna, Balchik, Bolata Bay and other beautiful sourroundings, Mike's place is very privat, quiet, green, friendly & very well equiped - exactly what we were looking for when we run away from the city :) Mike is a great host, he gave us all the support we needed from arrival till guidance. The communication was great all the time, very responsive. We especialy loved spending the time in the garden : lovely during the spring. Totally recommended ! Thank you, Mike !

Absolute heartfelt recommendation 💜 We were very lucky to stay in this wonderful accommodation in Bulgaria for a second time and what can I say - it was just perfect! We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the lovingly designed welcome greeting made us feel right at home. The apartment was sparkling clean, super cozy and furnished with so much attention to detail – you can just feel that someone is a host with heart. Everything you need was there - from towels to kitchen utensils to small touches like snacks, water and coffee. You didn't have to worry about anything and could just enjoy the stay. Lusia and Kevin are incredibly friendly, helpful and absolute people of the heart. So much warmth and hospitality is rare! I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and will definitely come a third time💜

Just a great place. It’s just like the pictures, very comfortable, definitely not tight. The host it’s sooo nice, very communicative, respond every time when I reach him. Very very nice place, it’s one of my top list!

We couldn’t recommend this place enough 😍 Irena is an absolutely wonderful host! She made us feel like home, has even prepared some Easter treats so we could celebrate. The place was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Even more beautiful than in pictures! It is just a short walk away from the sea and the garden views are really nice 😊

Nina was very friendly and everything was clean. We are also very grateful that she waited all the way for us until about 22h, because we were delayed on the way. The view from the balcony is very beautiful! We would definitely stay one more time!

We had a wonderful stay, as usual everything was great, amenities, baby crib, the pool and the view were top! We always come back here and we wholeheartedly recommend this apartment, as it is very clean, easy communication with the host, very close to the beach and to the Aquahouse!

The house is incredibly clean, and nothing is missing 🫶🏼 it feels home and have the small things like pencils on the desk and tiny details that make it feel cozy 😊 and Stanka is very responsive and helpful with info about the city 🙏❤️

The place is nice, with all you need and has a beautiful view. Everything was good, except by a problem with the door lock, probabily was our bad luck, but we felt good.
