This brand new stone house manages to blend a mix of traditional and neoclassic styles into the perfect vacation "maison".Its open space layout is ideal for families while its size alone makes sure that you will feel spoiled.On a total of 165 m2 there are 2 very spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the top floor and an open plan full kitchen, dining room,living room,office space and bathroom on the ground floor. It is possible to rent it together with a separate cottage for 2 extra people

Our unique villa is situated at the Ionian coast of Saranda. Part of a compound of four villas, it offers a wonderful view of the sea with a direct exit to the beach. On the ground floor, there is a large living space with a fireplace and a bathroom. Three double rooms are located in the upper floor, while on the top, there is a bedroom linked to a stunning veranda. Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.
