Our 3+1 bungalow with underfloor heating offers a comfortable stay with its private jacuzzi, barbecue area, heated swimming pool, and secluded garden. The kitchen is fully equipped. It can accommodate a maximum of 5–6 guests. Markets, restaurants, and cafés are just a 5-minute drive away. We are a family-run property, for families only. Loud events and parties are not allowed. Our detached villa is 40 meters above Sapanca Lake and has a lake view and a heated pool. At the same time, we have fireplaces on our porch and for the house. It is 800 meters from Eşme city center. It is 10 minutes from the center of Maşukiye, 15 minutes from the center of Sapanca and 4 minutes from the forest.
