We had an amazing stay! The apartment is incredibly cozy, with a stunning panoramic view from the window. The mattress is super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day in the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, making it easy to cook meals at home. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the main ski lift and the best restaurants in New Gudauri. At the same time, it’s in a quiet and peaceful area, about 500 meters away from the bustling spots, which makes it an ideal place to relax. One of the best features is the cozy little sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing or snowboarding. The apartment is warm and well-heated, and there’s plenty of hot water—everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. If I return to Gudauri, I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it.

Мы останавливались в этом жилье в конце мая 2025 года. Это уютные апартаменты, чисто, тихо, удобный матрас и подушки. Мы прекрасно выспались. Хозяйка встретила нас в очень позднее время, мы без проблем заселились. Утром нас ждал вкуснейший завтрак - оладушки с вареньем и медом и свежая выпечка. Очень неожиданно и очень приятно и вкусно! Хозяева были радушными и доброжелательными. Вид из окна на Казбек- это отдельные незабываемые впечатления. Горячо рекомендую данные апартаменты всем для посещения и сама буду с удовольствием посещать эту семью снова.

Хорошая квартира-студия с идеальным расположением: близко к гондоле и к магазину спар. В квартире есть все необходимое из посуды для самостоятельного приготовления еды, есть чай, сахар, соль. Приятный вид из окна. Подушка, одеяло удобные. Из минусов квартиры: не хватает покрывала на кровать. Нет обеденного стола- кушать неудобно. Сильная слышимость в здании и иногда тянет сигаретами, возможно это особенность здания, а может быть виновата входная дверь с большими щелями.

Viktor has been one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. We had an issue when we lost our belongings at the airport and explained our situation to Viktor. He was always attentive and never left us stranded without a place to stay. When we arrived at his apartment, we realized it was a thousand times better than we had imagined. It was excellent—the cleanliness, the details, and the view were outstanding. The proximity to the slopes, ski rental places, and grocery stores was perfect. I would stay at this Airbnb a million times over!

I had the most incredible stay at this chalet in Gudauri! The location is absolutely perfect—literally just steps from the gondola, making it incredibly convenient for skiing right from the doorstep. The chalet itself is beautifully designed with modern amenities and cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The living room has a stunning view of the mountains, and the large windows let in so much natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals after a day on the slopes. Our host was exceptional—responsive, welcoming, and very helpful with local recommendations. The entire experience was seamless, from check-in to check-out. If you're looking for a ski-in, ski-out experience with a touch of luxury and comfort, this is the place! I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Gio's place is conveniently located. offers great views. it was overlooking the snow covered mountain. we just spent one evening just looking at the mountains. got all you need to cook your meal. Gio had kept some basic spices too. walkable to cable car. absolute value for money. highly recommended 👌

В каком-то другом отзыве писали, что на самом деле квартира лучше, чем на фото - это правда. Отличная квартира, уютная. Чистое и приятное постельное белье. Тепло, объемный бак для горячей воды. Отличный вид из окна, близко до подъемника. Есть вся необходимая техника и посуда. Из минусов: был грязный пол, по приезду пришлось подмести. В остальном все супер.

We stayed in the apartment for 7 nights, and really enjoyed it! The Loft 2 is a great building located near the main Gondola, supermarket, and restaurants. There is a ski locker room on the ground floor where we left our equipment. The apartment is in the corner of the building, which opens a 2-directional view of the mountains surrounding New-Gudauri. It's clean, cozy, well heated (relevant in the winter), and had all the utensils (kitchen, bed, towels, etc) that we needed. Kakha is an awesome host!!! Communication with him was always quick and effective. We booked with him also a ride from Tbilisi airport to Gudauri and back at a very affordable price. He was always on time and both trips went well. We were surprised that on the way to Gudauri Kakha took us to a great restaurant and fully paid for our dinner. We highly recommend Kahka and his apartment in New Gudauri.

Отличные условия, все очень понравилось! В квартире чисто, уютно, тепло, с хорошим видом на горы. Все необходимое для жизни там есть. Единственный недостаток: до подъёмника нужно ехать на такси, тем более если с собой есть оборудование. А так все прекрасно! Спасибо Елене.

Great place to stay near the Gondola in New Gudauri. Simon was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Olga has a nice studio and I really appreciate the proper third bed instead of a sofa, which is a nice bonus. The building is in an excellent location, one of the closest to the ski lift in New Gudauri.

We stayed at Elene’s apartment for three nights. We found it cozy, warm and pretty spacious. The apartment is located within walking distance to the slopes. The closest lift is further down the slope. There are a few rentals nearby, so this should not a problem if you don’t have your equipment. Another great thing about the apartment is the view. We enjoyed the view and spent some good time on the balcony. The ski room is in the apartment, I was able to leave my gear in there. As far as downsides are concerned, while there is a store within walking distance, this walking was not a good experience. We expected that and brought some food with us. I then went to a store in New Gudauri while skiing. Also, we would love to have some more basics like cooking oil and shampoos to be there. You may want to ask what is available when preparing. Overall, great experience and I would definitely recommend Elene’s apartment, even more so if you travel by car.

Очень понравилось жильё, находится рядом со склоном. В квартире есть все для жилья, очень удобно и продумано! Единственное были частичные проблемы с отоплением и горячей водой, но все устранили. Гостеприимные хозяева, встретили, все объяснили и рассказали. У нас были небольшие проблемы с приездом ( из-за закрытой границы) все хозяева пошли нам на уступки и мы смогли продлить время нашего заезда! Всем рекомендую!)

Good and comfortable apartment. Kirill was easy to communicate and responded very promptly to questions/messages. Check in was easy, although I've arrived one day before planned date Kirill managed to arrange everything within 2 hours before my arrival.

Great location, clean place and really well decorated, felt like staying in someone’s cosy home. Awesome balcony views as per pictures. One thing that didn’t work for us is that bedroom had queen bed with two single mattress that were both very soft and sinking, and so felt a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

We had a great time at Monica’s place. Apartment is huge and has absolutely everything what we needed for 8 days.
