Great, spacious apartment right next to a hill with plenty of nature. The neighborhood has a lot of nice cafes & restaurants + it's close to various gyms. Salome made us feel at home, definitely will be coming back :)

Great Modern apartment, located in a wonderful neighborhood. I highly recommend this as a comfortable place to stay. Step outside the door and you will be able to feel the life of the city.

We are very pleased to stay in Shako’s apartment, very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to big super market like Goodwill. And easy to get around by taxi. I already felt like home after one week stay. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this will be a good choice.

Zarina is a very kind host. She is attentive and very responsive. We felt very safe at her place.

Nice compact apartment which has everything you need to stay in and explore Kutaisi and places around it! The location is perfect, most of the sites and recommended restaurants and so on are 1-15 minutes of walking. When you enter the hallway seems a bit sketchy, but the neighborhood and block are completely safe and friendly.

Wonderful place. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walkable distance to old town. Clean place. Lot of space.

Everything was top notch. The balcony and view are a special treat! I recommend to everyone, and I will definitely come back😌

Everything was very nice. The house was as seen in the photos and comfortable. The location of the house is also in a nice quiet place. The beds were very comfortable, and she responded in a friendly way in a very short time to satisfy my curiosity about the 😂 smallest of things to sleep in that bed. And a very humorous host. We enjoyed our stay at Gvantsa and it was mostly as advertised, despite the problem with the water pressure and temperature. Very good location and communication with host was great!

Had a nice stay with Mariam. Place was clean and spotless with everything we would need. Mariam had thought about small details that we would need at home in the kitchen, bathroom and in the hall for a short stay.

This was our second time staying at Arsena’s place. Still great, perfect for families and bigger groups.

Thank you for the early check in. House is luxurious and the crockery, has a beauty and the beast, vibe. Amazing view. Extremely clean. One washroom has a toilet + wash area, the other has, just a toilet. Huge space, looks smaller in the pictures. Nana was very responsive and replied immediately. There are 24 hrs small outlets for food, just at the entrance of the lane. Supermarkets, metro, bus stops are close by. The same building has a tennis court, a hotel, another hotel at the side, so there is always someone near the entrance, making it a safe place. We were 2 women and felt safe. Even got a grab at 2am to the airport .The lockbox is at the road level, right side to the steps, do not climb the stairs for that, It's the middle box, black and white in color and yellow once opened. The place had coffee, tea, towels, bath wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, spices, sugar, iron. Will definitely book this place again. Was a good location, good host and an amazing house.

It was a perfect stay at Nika's place. The great place for relaxing holidays out of Tbilisi , with access to swimming pool and recreational area . The apartments have all necessary things for comfortable living and thanks to Mariam for her attentiveness through all days

Great, clean and very cozy apartment. There is everything you need to live like home. There is a private residential area with a swimming pool and a children's playground. There is also a secure parking space for cars.

I can't help but write a review about our hotel stop: Lazare family!We are delighted with the host Gochi and his hotel! The hotel is brand new and beautiful! Gocha designed and built it himself! Everything is made with a big soul, very convenient, beautiful, stylish! The hotel is located, in an old tangerine garden, lots of greenery, beautiful view! Within a 10-minute walk there are markets, cafes, pharmacies and a bus stop, for a trip to the center of Batumi! Host Gocha and his wife Russico, they greet guests themselves, surround them with care, are ready to help in any matter, create an atmosphere of safety, comfort and kindness! I highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely come back! Oh , I almost forgot , we came with a small dog and our pet was very happy!
