Nini is very kind, her apparment is clean and very cozy, the location is amazing and the services at the hotel 10/10. If i come back to Guadauri i deffinitly book again, Nini is a great host.

В целом, все замечательно. Удобное расположение, до подъемника очень близко (3 мин, как и пишут), близко магазин, но припарковаться рядом сложно, поэтому до парковки нужно было ходить (минут 10 в одну сторону).

The apartment is located on the first floor almost at the entrance, so it’s pretty easy to get inside being tired. The check-in is easy and fast. The location is great and just few minutes away from the main gondola lift and a grocery store. The floor was slightly cold, but the apartment has a heater and it still was pretty warm inside. The kitchen has everything needed, except of probably a freezer inside the fridge (I didn’t notice it before buying a frozen chicken). The one more good point is that there is a small washing machine in the bathroom, so it’s possible to fresh thermo clothing. The price during my stay was much better than at many places nearby. Highly recommend.

Very responsive and friendly host, the hotel itself is nice and has spa center with an amazing view of the mountains. The hotel is just near one of the slope but you need to drive, walk or use the lift to get to the New Gudauri where is the main area of ski rentals, restaurants etc. I definitely recommend this hotel)))

Жилье превзошло мои ожидания. Ванная, вид из окна, большой смарт тв с нетфликсом, в квартире есть абсолютно всё, эстетичный дизайн. Заселение было очень простым, с подробными инструкциями, чувствовалось что меня ждали. И приветственная бутылка вина) С удовольствием вернусь ещё раз!

Все понравилось! С нами общалась жена хозяина, Мария, очень внимательная и гостеприимная, всегда была на связи. Номер чистенький и стильный. Мы были не в сезон и нам немного не повезло, пару раз отключили свет. Но все местные говорят, что это редкость, плюс подготовка к сезону, так что к этому претензий нет. В остальном смело рекомендую))

房东Levan非常友好，提供了我在当地的一切帮助，包括电话卡，货币兑换，并带我去了很多可以游览的地方。这次行程非常感谢他的帮助。 房间的位置也很好，就在雪场边上，走到缆车只需要5分钟。房间干净也很大，视野非常好，景色很漂亮，周边一切都很方便。 再次感谢Levan,还会再来。

a very nice apartment at a very good location, the only ski-in ski-out in New Gudauri. The apartment is full with cooking tools and a very nice kitchen. the shower was better than other apartments I stayed in in that building. the only downside was lack of small things like toilet paper, carbon bag etc', we got over those in The Spar that is a few minutes walk. I highly recommend going there

Had a great stay in Gudauri! The host was very nice and flexible with check-out. The apartment had everything needed—cozy and well-heated, just 100 meters from the Gondola lift. I like the fact that it had laundry. Ski rental is conveniently located in the same building. Perfect spot for a ski trip!

J’ai été agréablement surprise et ravie de notre séjour L’appartement était fidèle a la description, très agréable Les pistes de ski accessibles a pied Notre hôte a été hyper réactif a notre arrivée (alors qu’il était 4h du matin) Et enfin il a été flexible sur nos conditions de départ ! Je recommande vivement !! Et je renouvellerai mon séjour avec joie !

Отдыхали 8 дней и остались очень довольны! Уютная, комфортная, теплая квартира. Есть все необходимое и больше... Очень удобное место - все что нужно рядом: магазин, рестораны, прокаты, подъемник... Прозрачный балкон - точно как в описании: воздух, горы, красота! Хозяйка очень отзывчивая - быстро получили ответы на все вопросы. Отдельное спасибо за помощь с трансфером. Водитель Джамал скрасил поездку интересными историями о Грузии и не только, показал исторические места и превратил ожидаемо скучную поездку в незабываемую экскурсию. Большое спасибо!

very good apartment location is perfec, 50 meters from the gondola with good restaurants around. shota is friendly and very responsive. highly recommend the aprtment

What an amazing apartment. Located right next to the Ski gondola and plenty of skii rentals and restaurants around, super convenient! Check in was smooth as there was a 24/7 reception. Can’t emphasize on how easy it was to get around from the room to the skii lifts in just about 3/4 mins. If you would choose another apartments away form the ski area you would easily spend frustrated amount of time getting stuck in blocked roads and had to find parking. Lasha was very kind and flexible to accommodate out late check in and check out request. Thanking him Personally for letting us stay at his apartment at such an unbeatable price. Wish him all the success and happy hosting.

Nice and cozy place in a quiet area, away from noises. We were very happy with the place. The cleaning can be improved a little bit but it doesn’t bother us because they have cleaning tools available. Host is super nice and responsive. Anything we need, we just asked and she brought us stuff right away.

great view and easy to find. some things are missing like washing machine / television microwave stuff like that other than that great staying place for a day or two

Konstantine is a great host, and has a beautiful place. He kept checking on us regarding our stay and experience. Beautiful view, right where you need to be next to the ski lift! Highly recommend.

Заселение было в день бронирования, но арендодатель оперативно смог предоставить доступ в жилье, оно было чистым, теплым, со всем необходимым для проживания.
