I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The host was very friendly and responsive. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

The apartment is located on the first floor almost at the entrance, so it’s pretty easy to get inside being tired. The check-in is easy and fast. The location is great and just few minutes away from the main gondola lift and a grocery store. The floor was slightly cold, but the apartment has a heater and it still was pretty warm inside. The kitchen has everything needed, except of probably a freezer inside the fridge (I didn’t notice it before buying a frozen chicken). The one more good point is that there is a small washing machine in the bathroom, so it’s possible to fresh thermo clothing. The price during my stay was much better than at many places nearby. Highly recommend.

Lia is so friendly she took us by her car to the next Airbnb house, she is so helpful and responsive.

Nice and cosy apartment, located near the first lift in Gudauri. Great ski in and out location. The apartment had everything required to self cater; bathroom is a great size; comfy couches and bed. Khatuna was super helpful and answered any questions we had really quickly. We had a great stay. Thanks!

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view. I spent five weeks in it. I really liked the mountain that I saw from the window every day. An elevator that works without a key fob is a separate plus. It's a bit inconvenient to throw out the trash, as the trash bins are far away, but I've adapted to ask taxi drivers to stop near the trash bins. A wonderful, attentive hostess. I'd love to come back many more times.

This accommodation where I stayed as an architect was very meaningful to me in terms of location. First of all, the accommodation was located in the middle of the two bridges entering the center of the city, so I was able to choose a very comfortable route. Above all, the precious experience is that if you go up a sloping hill after passing the German Embassy behind your accommodation, you will encounter an abandoned garden called "Arsenal Oasis," which is like a hidden gem - "Space of Uncertainty" Built for the 2020 Tbilisi Architecture Biennial, the Arsenal Oasis is an evolving test garden created from the city's surplus land and water. The project begins a new landscape at the home of leaking water once used in Soviet military bases. The experience of going there is more precious memory than anything else to me.

The apartment is in very good condition and well maintained. It is in my favorite area of Tbilisi. Boris was responsive and helpful. I am confident that I not only would, but in fact will, stay in the apartment again in the future.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Madona’s place. She was waiting for us when we arrived. It felt like visiting a family member. And where do I begin about her place! You think of a thing and it is there!! From towels to face towels all kept in order including extra pairs considering we were there for 4 nights. She had kept new bottles of coffee, toiletries etc. kitchen was also well stocked including spices, rice, pasta etc. for that just in case “eat at home” moment. The apartment was in a heritage building which had its own charm. Flat itself is very well done and much beautiful than in the pictures. The hero was of course the balcony where we had morning coffee and wine every evening. It is right in the heart of the old Tbilisi so you are just few steps away from all the sights. i loved her place so much that we can go on and on. Book it without a thought. Just bear in mind that you have to climb some 20’steps to access the flat. If its not an issue then this is the one

The listing is beautiful. Perfectly located and has all the amenities needed :)) There are supermarkets nearby and maidan market is walkable.

Nice little apartment with a very responsive and positive host. We had bought a package deal to Georgia and the Best Western was included, but I decided to airbnb a place in walking distance to the lifts, I did not regret that decision. Only negative I have is, it is not the host or the apartments fault, the infrastructure provided by the municipality is not very pedestrian friendly.

Fantastic small appointment which is greatly equipped. The house is new, in a quiet area enclosed by old building from all sides. Will stay again.

Very good location and reasonable price

Location: taxi to metro Varketili is 10 minutes away and you can get to ciy center without traffic jams. You can easily park a car nearby, get on highway to airport, Telavi or Liberty square in Tbilisi center. There's huge lake in walking distance and plenty parks around. Nice place, without night noise of city center. Nati is open and easy-to-communicate host. Apartments has new great mattress in the living room, good sofa. There are also enough space to take yoga class without any discomfort.

This is a great apartment! We lived here for 6 months. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for long stays. Good internet — especially convenient for those who work remotely. I want to note that this house is rarely turned off from communication — after all, Avlabar is a very old and stable neighborhood. The location has many advantages: — near the metro, — Low development, — market with everything you need within walking distance, — you can walk to Old Town, Park Rike and Trinity Cathedral. Comfortable bed, quiet neighbors. The train passes infrequently — in 3–4 days you stop noticing it. There is a gym and a cafe nearby. Irina is a great host: she always responded quickly and helped to resolve any issues. It was especially pleasant that at check-in we were waiting for a small present on the table, and a gift for the New Year. In general, we recommend it!

Very good location on top of new Gudauri and very close to the Ski lift. All activities and restaurants are easily accessible. View from the room is top notch. The host is also very responsive and quickly helped us with the check-in process. Will definitely recommend.

A truly beautiful apartment that was spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable to be in. Immediately downstairs is a gym, and there are multiple markets and grocery stores in the area. It's not near anything noteworthy, but you can go for a nice walk, eat at a great restaurant, and taxis are extremely cheap to the touristy areas. and it's worth staying there just to have such a nice apartment. The hosts were extremely responsive to messages and when the boiler needed to be restarted due to a gas outage, they were over in a few minutes. The only thing I'd have wished for is an oven - everything else was perfect. I highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect location with fantastic view in the city. Calm but close too many attractions and local life. The apartment is not of a high standard but considering the price and location, I would definitely get back.

This is a great spot to stay in Tbilisi! It's a studio with all you need for a short or long stay. The kitchen, although pretty small, was very functional! It has a washing machine too, and a rack to dry clothes. It also has a little table that can be used as desk. The place was very clean, and they changed the sheets once during our 10-day stay. I think the only down side is that even though there is a window, it's not very functional to open it for lack of privacy, but not a big deal for shorter stays. Also, the bathroom stays a little wet after showering, but it helps if you keep the dry setting in the AC. We loved the location, it has some great coffee spots nearby, highly recommend Coffee Lars just 10 min walk and Family Kitchen Tar Tun for your daily Kachapuri :) The hosts were very nice and responsive, and Tbilisi was such a fun place to visit! I would definitely stay again in this studio if I come back to Georgia!

The apartment is very clean and modern. It is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi and the old town. There is a lovely mountain view from the apartment. The host is very responsive and helpful, helped with our late check-in, and made sure everything was perfect during the stay. I definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and easy stay in Tbilisi.
