Furnished and fully equipped, it has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a triple bunk bed and a sofa bed in the living room. One courtyard features a stone sitting room with a table and the other outdoor dining area. It has two A/C, mosquito screens, a fireplace in the living room and smart tv with Netflix subscription.

The house is located 15 minutes by car from the port through 4,5km of dirt road.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.
