Holiday rentals with breakfast in Kea-Kythnos

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ίσως από τις καλύτερες του νησιού, με πολύ καλή θέα και απόλυτη ηρεμία. Η αυλή του σπιτιού είναι ονειρικη, με αισθητική, φροντισμένα φυτά, εξαιρετικά φιλόξενο και σκιερό στέγαστρο , χώρο μπάρμπεκιου και συνεχή δωρεάν συναυλία από τζιτζίκια! Το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού άψογα διαμορφωμένο, τεράστια κουζίνα φουλ εξοπλισμένη με οτιδήποτε θα μπορούσε κανείς να χρειαστεί, και όλοι οι χώροι λειτουργικοί και καλαίσθητοι. Τα δωμάτια, παραδοσιακής αρχιτεκτονικής, θυμίζουν περιοδικο! Συνολικά, ο,τι καλύτερο θα μπορούσε να ζητήσει μια οικογένεια για διακοπές, πολύ περισσότερο από ότι περιμέναμε . Ο Χρήστος ηταν άμεσος, όλοπρόθυμος, ευγενέστατος και εξυπηρετικοτατος σε ο, τι χρειαστήκαμε. Χρήστο, ευχαριστούμε πολυ! Αν πάτε στην Κέα, δεν υπάρχει ωραιότερο σπίτι από αυτό!

Το σπίτι ήταν πανέμορφο, πεντακάθαρο, σε πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία 6' από το Λαύριο από το οποίο μπορεί κανείς να οργανώσει και εξόρμηση σε κάποιο κοντινό νησάκι! Εμείς δεν το κάναμε αλλά μας έδωσε ιδεες για το καλοκαίρι! Πολύ φωτεινό με μεγάλες βεράντες σε όλους τους προσανατολισμούς, αλλά το καλύτερο ήταν η υπέροχη θέα στην θάλασσα και η ησυχία της περιοχής. Με καλοκαιρινό καιρό αυτά, σίγουρα θα μπορεί να τα απολαύσει κανείς περισσότερο, γιατί τώρα ο καιρός έχει ψυχράνει και στο μπαλκόνι δεν καθόσουν χωρίς μπουφάν. Άνετο κρεββάτι, καθαρά σεντόνια και πετσέτες, μεγάλες ντουλάπες, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα την οποία δεν χρησιμοποιήσαμε τελικά, επιλέξαμε να φάμε στην παραλία και στο Λαύριο αλλά και προς το Σούνιο που μια επίσκεψη στον ναό του Ποσειδώνα επιβάλλεται όπως και στο Αρχαίο Θέατρο Θορικού! Extra tip το μπουκάλι κρασί που μας είχε για κέρασμα η Σοφία και το ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ του σπιτιού αλλά και ο ρομαντικός φωτισμός του κήπου που ανάβει αυτόματα τα βράδια.

Stelios is a very capable host, very communicative, and his home has a gorgeous view! Not only that, there is a beach with a lifeguard just down the road, also very close by there is a beautiful marina. Surrounding the marina are many tavernas of all types including shops, bakeries and more! This all showcases the gorgeous sea views of the coastline along with yachts docked in Lavrio's marina. Thank you Stelios for giving our Athens cab driver such excellent directions. As advised, we visited the Temple of Poseidon here in the neighborhood, before our maiden voyage! We were lucking enough to see the Independence Day Parade in the Town Square! We will be reserving time at Stelios' home for the years to come when our boat is here in Lavrio for the wintertime.

The place is extremely nice and in the middle of a nice garden . 20 minutes walking distance from tavernas and the beach.

Άψογη συνεννόηση με τον Γιώργο, το οίκημα φανταστικό. Θα ξαναπήγαινα.

The hosts were very kind and responsive whenever we had questions. The location has a beautiful balcony to eat breakfasts or drink wine peacefully. Ample parking and only a 4 minute drive to the beach and grocery store to pick up things to cook on the stove. Wifi was great and had a TV with some English channels to catch up on news at home. Great place to stay, I would recommend to anyone who is visiting the area.

Πολυ καλη φολιξενεια και αψογη συνενοηση. Ησυχη περιοχη και πολυ κοντα σε μαγαζια και κεντρικα σημεια της περιοχης

We can’t say enough about the beautiful property, lovely amenities, wonderful location and outstanding breakfasts. Kea is a special island and we so very much enjoyed our stay. George was so helpful and totally communicative in the months before our arrival. This is a must stay property!!!

Sophia was the nicest host! She was super friendly and helpful and supportive from the very beginning. Answering immediately even to a very late call. There’s an office so check-in is super easy! Without all these long instructions and quests 😄 Sophia also helped with a transfer and other stuff. As we were waiting for a ferry - location next to the port is crucial

A modern and designed apartment in the centre of Lavrion. Only some steps to tavernas, bars and shops, only some minutes to habour (ferryboat). Sophia is a charming and perfect host. We enjoyed her personally served and nice breakfast in the apartment. We found a lot of parking space in the street in front of the house.

Yellow House artık bizim ikinci evimiz oldu. Ev sahibimiz Ioannis ve ailesi son derece samimi, sıcakkanlı insanlar. İlk akşam bizi muhteşem bir sofrada ağırladılar. Evimizde ihtiyacımız olan her şey ve hatta fazlası mevcuttu. Tertemiz, huzur dolu bir ev. Balkon muhteşem. Sabahları keyifle uzun uzun kahvaltı yaptık, akşamları gün batımını izledik. Ioannis’n tavsiyesi ile çevrede çok güzel mekanlar keşfettik. Yaşadığımız muhteşem deneyim kelimelerle ancak bu kadar anlatılabilir. Teşekkürler Ioannis, teşekkürler Eleni. Tekrar görüşeceğiz…
