This idyllic retreat enjoys convenient proximity, just 30 mins from the airport and 50 mins from vibrant Athens. The iconic Temple of Poseidon is a mere 10-minute drive away. Lavrio city is easily accessible, less than 4 mins by car. The surrounding area boasts stunning beaches. The closest beach is 2 mins away, renowned as one of the region's most popular and well-appointed.

Cape Villa and Sounio

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

Sofias House 4

Sofia's house is located in Merichas Kythnos island, on the center of the port, at the top of the mountain, with the best view. A modern house with private bathroom. You can get there only by 130 stairs. Full renovated the house in 2022 and put a new matrress on the bed at May of 2023. Αlso a pressurized water machine was installed in our complex at 2022 and with the pre-existing tank makes us independent from the island's water supply system. We always try to improve our house.

Old Traditional Greek House

My place, called "Ellinika", is a traditional residence with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. Large terrace with pergola sunny and cool.A quiet alternative location, protected by environmental organizations.Friendly people, in the surrounding houses, family (URL HIDDEN) area is suitable for couples, activities for one person, families (with children) and pets. Possibility of direct contact with the natural environment and its exploration. A short path to beaches.

Villa for summer holidays in contact with the sea

Traditionally built house a few meters from the sea with a bedroom with a double bed with anatomic mattress, TV and wardrobe, toilet with built-in sanitary ware, living room with sofa that becomes a double bed and armchair-bed, TV and kitchen fully equipped with full air conditioning can accommodate up to 5 people. The car stops 80 meters from the house and access is by stairs and a traditional alley. It has a large terrace with a living room and 2 beach loungers.

Liotrivi Blue 3

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

Spacious and bright flat only 5 minutes walking distance from the city centre, where all the restaurants, cafes and shops are and 10 minutes from the port. Easy transportation links to Athens and Sounio (where most beaches and the famous Temple of Poseidon are). The flat is located on a small hill offering a magnificent view of Lavrio city and the port. The large balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

The Cycladic house is located on an idyllic island, just a few miles away from Athens. Its white color reflects the sun, making it look like a beacon of peace and tranquility. Its walls are built with stone, giving a sense of authenticity and timelessness. The traditional lines of the Cycladic architectural style are preserved, with the characteristic curves and flat roofs that offer a unique character.

Asimi Suite has been created with personal care by our family, offering warmth, coziness, and privacy. The suite is ideal for 2 people and is located in a quiet complex. Enjoy the private seawater pool, relax on the sun loungers overlooking the sunset, and enjoy a truly good night's sleep on carefully selected mattresses. It is 4 km from the port, with easy access via a smooth dirt road.

Our Rural Kea House stands as a remembrance of rural architecture in Kea, 100 years ago. A stone farmhouse, traditionally built and yet modern. A place to come to and relax, enjoy a glass of wine under the stars or contemplating the view.

Kythnos Pleasure Vol.2 (Villa Lussa Kythnos)

It is my pleasure to have the chance to host you in my tradiotional house at Kythnos island. The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).
