Lavrio city is easily accessible, less than 4 mins by car. The surrounding area boasts stunning beaches. The closest beach is 2 mins away, renowned as one of the region's most popular and well-appointed.

Cape Villa and Sounio

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

Sofias House 4

Sofia's house is located in Merichas Kythnos island, on the center of the port, at the top of the mountain, with the best view. A modern house with private bathroom. You can get there only by 130 stairs. Full renovated the house in 2022 and put a new matrress on the bed at May of 2023. Αlso a pressurized water machine was installed in our complex at 2022 and with the pre-existing tank makes us independent from the island's water supply system. We always try to improve our house.

Possibility of direct contact with the natural environment and its exploration. A short path to beaches.

Spacious and bright flat only 5 minutes walking distance from the city centre, where all the restaurants, cafes and shops are and 10 minutes from the port. The large balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

Η καθοικιά, όπως λέγεται ο συγκεκριμένος τύπος κατοικίας, λόγω της αρχιτεκτονικής , διατηρεί χαμηλές θερμοκρασίες τους θερινούς μήνες και υψηλότερες τους χειμερινούς. Βρίσκεται κοντά στο υψηλότερο βουνό του νησιού, τον προφήτη Ηλία.

Kythnos Pleasure Vol.2 (Villa Lussa Kythnos)

It is my pleasure to have the chance to host you in my tradiotional house at Kythnos island. The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).

Beachfront Studio in Leykes Kythnos

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.

EFTIXIA APARTMENT

Relax by taking a unique and peaceful getaway on the unique island of Kythnos. The apartment is located just 70 meters above the sea in the bay of Apokrousi. Unique sea view....
