Great 970 square foot, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath townhouse with slight ocean view from the lanai. King sized bed in one bedroom or two twins that can be joined to make a king in second bedroom. Inflatable "neverflat" bed for two additional guests. Big screen TV, great kitchen, community gas or charcoal grills. Snorkeling gear, boogie boards, cooler, WiFi, single dedicated parking space, bring our beach chairs to the common waterfront area and enjoy the ocean view and watch the sunset.

A serene oceanfront view is framed by swaying palm trees and vibrant greenery. The blue ocean stretches to the horizon, meeting frothy white waves that break against dark volcanic rock along the shore. The lush grass adds to the inviting landscape.

Golf-Side Retreat Near the Ocean w/AC

We love this beautiful and large (1200 sqft) condo with a big wrap around lanai and expansive views of fairway 13 of the Kona Country Club. We have installed the AC system in 2026. We are on the 2nd floor of building 7 and super close to the ocean. Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated resort. It includes 3 lit tennis courts, a large swimming pool that can accommodate lap swimming, and several BBQs.
