Townhouse holiday rentals in Keauhou Bay

Petrea was a lovely host. Her communication was helpful and she worked hard to remedy a small issue when a prior guest had taken the pool key. She reached out to the property manager and had it replaced as soon as possible so we could enjoy the lovely pool. The condo is comfortable and has a nice view of the ocean from the lanai. Close to grocery and shopping and convenient to several beaches.

We had an amazing stay at Chris and Nancy’s piece of paradise! The location was perfect, close to nearby beaches but also tucked away from the hustle of downtown Kona. The private lanai and view from the master bedroom are spectacular. The neighbors are also kind and welcoming which added to a great stay. We’re so grateful to Chris and Nancy for hosting us and would absolutely love to return in the future!

Fabulous tropical getaway! Wonderfully clean condo with great amenities. It was luxurious to have three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a well stocked kitchen and beautiful lani! We enjoyed making many meals and mai tais and watching beautiful sunsets. Swam and hot tubed nearly every night and made use of the gym as well. Location is ideal for south Kona snorkeling access and we went to Two Step and Kahalu’u multiple times. So happy to have found Peter and Kathy’s place and would highly recommend it!

Simply put beautiful place. Horses came by for a head scratch from next door. The local critters running around. The frogs chirping all night this place was amazing. He had pictures a boogey board that I took full advantage of as well as other beach equipment for the stay. Hula daddy is walking distance if you want that famous Kona coffee. 10 out of 10 highly recommend for anyone that wants the slow pace of the country and within 20 min you got every amenity known to Kona.

Would highly recommend staying here! Great location on the west side of the island, peaceful and beautiful complex, comfortable, clean and nice townhouse. Brad and Damon were very responsive, helpful and attentive with any needs that came up or questions we had. 10/10

We loved our stay here. It was a beautiful home with a beautiful location. There is one of the best beaches a small walk away and the sunsets are epic. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook at home and it is a short drive to many farmer's markets and grocery stores. The complex was well kept and secure. The pool was pristine and perfect for our 5 year old. I would note that the bedroom with the twin beds is only separated by a thin sliding wall to the living space.

Nice, comfortable spot near the ocean and walking distance to a good snorkeling beach. Plenty of beach gear in the closet and the AC in each of the rooms was great and much-needed. Nice pool for kids. Responsive to questions. Great hosts and great place!

Just got back from a great vacation and stay at Patricia & Tony’s. The pictures and description of the place is very accurate and the hosts were great to communicate with and gave recommendations on anything I asked. It was a 2 minute walk to the nearest beach to watch sunsets and only about 12 minute walk to some fantastic snorkelling. This area is quiet and safe. The air conditioners in the living room and bedroom worked great and were appreciated. I would not be afraid to stay here again. We enjoyed the location because it felt like we were in the middle of things we wanted to see and not at 1 end of the island.

Perfect stay at a perfection location! The actual view of the beach is practically panoramic, way better than listed pictures! In the master bedroom we slept with the windows open to hear the waves every night. It was idyllic! The house is spacious with large sliding doors to the lanai. We ate all our meals on the patio furniture outside. The kitchen was great for cooking meals, the closet was well stocked with beach chairs, mats, cooler, water jug, and towels, perfect for beach day trips. (We even bought 2 boogie boards and left those for the next vacationers.) We would 100% stay here again. The easy access to downtown Kona made it worth any traffic noise (it's on a busy street). It always quieted down at night though. THANK YOU for making our family vacation with all our adult children a true paradise experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and is located in a beautiful neighbourhood. The condo is quite spacious and we really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. It was super convenient having beach chairs and towels available to use. If you want to pass on the beach, the pool area is lovely. There were lots of recommendations and suggestions in the guest book and we found several great restaurants nearby. The hosts were very proactive, but everything was so well organized that we had no need to contact them. I would highly recommend this property.

It's a private apartment. Separate entry from main house. Bedroom, living room, covered porch with table and chairs, separate bathroom, shower and kitchenette. Evie has great taste in furnishings and building finishes. The kitchenette is perfect for breakfasts and very simple meals but it's not suitable for full-on cooking. But who comes to Hawaii to cook? The apartment has everything you'll need and more. A good grocery store is very close.

This was hands-down the best Air BnB at which I've ever been a guest. Clean, comfortable, fully-equipped, etc. - it is basically an apartment. The host was incredibly communicative, helpful, and provided many recommendations directly and through resources in the townhouse. I cannot recommend this stay highly enough, and if I am ever back in town and unable to stay with family or friends, this is where I will be. I could go on for an entire essay's worth of praise, but I will leave it at this: Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this spot. You deserve it.

Great condo in a nice location. It was as described with beautiful views and all the amenities our family needed. Pool and hot tub were very nice and a good mix of people staying in the condo complex. Close to groceries and restaurants, and different attractions. Again, great condo!

Great place

This townhouse was perfect for our family of four for the week! Location is great - on the beach and you can fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed. We cooked a majority of our meals and enjoyed eating them outside. We would certainly stay here again!

We had an amazing trip and stay with CB Island Vacations. The place was so well-stocked - in terms of the kitchen, beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, snorkel and fins) and even left a big supply of sunscreen for us to use if needed. The views from the top floor were beautiful. I’d say the only issue is that one of us adults (5’7”) tried to sleep in the room with 2 smaller beds and couldn’t sleep well because the bed was too small- possibly not a full twin. Would be fine for kids or maybe shorter folks? All and all we loved our stay and it was very well located to shops/super market as well as some great snorkel spots and restaurants.

I had a great stay at this place! The house is very nice, clean, and spacious, with a wide-open view that includes the coastline. The room is well-ventilated, which makes it quite cool at night. It even got a bit chilly, but the host was very responsible and thoughtfully brought us some extra blankets. There is plenty of parking available downstairs, which made it really convenient. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this place!

What a wonderful oasis in the middle of Kona. A lush and bird filled property. Close to beaches and restaurants, the property was also wonderful to lounge in and read. Loved it.

Gay Lena and Brian were excellent hosts ! They helped our daughter check in early as she arrived alone because our plane got delayed. It was so kind of them ! Their home was super comfortable and had everything we needed ! We especially loved the location - right across the street from a beautiful surf and snorkle beach! When the kids were done at the beach, we enjoyed the pool! It was also a perfect place to watch sunsets! We would definitely love to come again!

Wonderful place. Great location. Great view. Super comfortable bed. Well thought out. Road noise occasionally a thing since you want to leave the windows open to hear the ocean. Host was super responsive and friendly. Will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at Vaneet’s place on the Big Island! We traveled with a 3.5month old, and Vaneet had thoughtfully bought and assembled a new crib just in time for our arrival. Some other things we loved: 1) Location - walkable to local restaurants and a grocery store, beautiful beaches within walking distance, and a 20min drive from Kona downtown for even more options, as well as 5min from Keahou harbor where night manta snorkeling happens, 2) house amenities - loved the community pool and gym (quite basic, but gets the job done!) as well as the views from the Airbnb, and all the beach gear, 3) parking was easy and plentiful for multiple cars. And the house was quite private and spacious which was great for us staying as a larger group. Won’t hesitate to stay here again!
