Holiday rentals with a patio in Kebonjeruk

Place is exactly as pictured, neat, clean with listed amenities. Good internet wifi speed in unit (used it to work, watched Youtube/Netflix and played some games in our devices) Hosts are very responsive to questions/requests and communicated well. There is an ATM, laundry service, minimart, and tons of food options downstairs. 5 minutes walk to the Central Park mall. You can also call food delivery (Grab food/ Gofood) and the delivery guys will drop the food with the lobby people and you just need to go downstairs to pick it up. Very easy! This was my 2nd time staying here. Highly recommended!

great apartment room, the utility very complete. its really great for someone who spend 1-30 days. kitchen utensil complete and ready to use, oven is available to use. water dispenser also useful, we can use hot water for coffee and cold water. so many ready to use houseware. So its a ready to stay apartment for us. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Irma puts much thought into making her Airbnb as comfortable as possible. The bed was comfortable, and the TV was a great size. A complete set of toiletries was provided. The kitchen was well-equipped. I was especially happy to find a microwave and a hot water kettle - my two must-have kitchen appliances! There were a few minor hiccups during my stay, but Irma and her staff responded quickly to resolve them. I'll gladly stay at this Airbnb again.

this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

I had a lovely stay at this place! The space is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for photos — lots of natural light and stylish interiors that feel cozy and welcoming. It’s also in a very walkable area, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes just minutes away. One small issue: the bathtub didn’t fill up properly, as the water kept draining. Might need a quick fix. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

Jeff and Marissa were wonderful hosts, very responsive and easy to communicate with. We really loved the cozy, quiet neighborhood, it was one of our favorite things! The house was just right for our small family and made our stay very comfortable.

I love this location! Conveniently nearby the mall. Like 5 minute walk. The room — Im a minimalist so I found it perfect. I dont like too much space. Sturdy and comfortable mattress + tempurpedic pillow. Bonus to have a microwave. Utensils could be improved though. But overall great price for the stay

We enjoyed our stay in Martha's unit. Situated just next to Central Park Mall, made it really convenient for us to get food etc. Washing machine is also available inside the unit, perfect for our 2 weeks stay. We had to extend our trip twice and rly appreciate how responsive and easy the process was

Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. Even in Jakarta, it is worth boasting a very high level of accommodation and surroundings. Swimming pools, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are also very good. A place I definitely want to stay again next time.

Had a great 5 night stay here while getting a visa in Jakarta. Felix was very responsive and we enjoyed having a kitchen to cook in, a nice view on the 38th floor, and a good safe place on the north side of Jakarta. Thanks!
