great apartment room, the utility very complete. its really great for someone who spend 1-30 days. kitchen utensil complete and ready to use, oven is available to use. water dispenser also useful, we can use hot water for coffee and cold water. so many ready to use houseware. So its a ready to stay apartment for us. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

I had a lovely stay at this place! The space is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for photos — lots of natural light and stylish interiors that feel cozy and welcoming. It’s also in a very walkable area, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes just minutes away. One small issue: the bathtub didn’t fill up properly, as the water kept draining. Might need a quick fix. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

Jeff and Marissa were wonderful hosts, very responsive and easy to communicate with. We really loved the cozy, quiet neighborhood, it was one of our favorite things! The house was just right for our small family and made our stay very comfortable.

Nice and clean apartment. Facilities included gym, indoor and outdoor pool, and direct access to nearby mall. Maria was very quick at responding to any inquiries. Good value for money.

I love this location! Conveniently nearby the mall. Like 5 minute walk. The room — Im a minimalist so I found it perfect. I dont like too much space. Sturdy and comfortable mattress + tempurpedic pillow. Bonus to have a microwave. Utensils could be improved though. But overall great price for the stay

Patrick hat eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft im Apartmentkomplex. Der self check-in verlief reibungslos, die Anweisungen waren klar. Der Apartementkomplex ist durch Sicherheitspersonal im Erdgeschoss gut verwaltet, man fühlt sich sehr sicher. die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist mehr als ausreichend. Sehr geschmackvoll ist auch die Einrichtung. In der angrenzenden Mall hat man genügend Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen, oder anderweitig einkaufen zu gehen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war reibungslos, selten einen so proaktiven Host kennengelernt.

We enjoyed our stay in Martha's unit. Situated just next to Central Park Mall, made it really convenient for us to get food etc. Washing machine is also available inside the unit, perfect for our 2 weeks stay. We had to extend our trip twice and rly appreciate how responsive and easy the process was

청결하고, 잘 정돈된 숙소. 깨끗하고 질서있는 주변환경. 자카르타에서도 아주 높은 수준의 숙소 및 주변환경을 자랑할만 하다. 수영장, 운동시설 및 편의점과 주변 상권도 아주 훌륭하다고 할 수 있음. 다음에도 반드시 다시 묵고싶은 곳.

Had a great 5 night stay here while getting a visa in Jakarta. Felix was very responsive and we enjoyed having a kitchen to cook in, a nice view on the 38th floor, and a good safe place on the north side of Jakarta. Thanks!
