With our charming summerhouse, you get one of Kegnæs's finest locations directly by the water, out to beautiful beach meadow with bathing beach and jetty. The large wooden terrace by the house allows you to find space in the sun at all times of the day, as well as enjoy your morning coffee, while the ships sail by on the Flensburg fjord. The light, the water, the tranquility, and the beautiful nature are absolutely magical in this part of Sydals. Walking and cycling, fishing, kayaking and dinghy sailing and kite surfing are popular activities.

TV with Chromecast and Wi-Fi Note: covers for duvet and pillow must be brought or purchased for DKK 50 per person. Bunk beds must be paid extra at the time of booking. Possibly 1 person on mattress. Possibility of breakfast placed in the refrigerator DKK 60 per person. Bicycles can be stored in dry weather. We have two old bikes that can be borrowed Child-friendly and with a fire in the garden.

There is a dining area in the kitchen. 2 bedrooms and living room. En-suite bathroom with shower. Free parking in the carport at the entrance door or in the courtyard. There are about 3 km to the nearest store and eatery. 150 m to the bus stop. Laundry room with laundry and dryer facilities available for a fee. For 2 guests, only 1 bedroom is available.

You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Walking distance to Sønderskoven and Gendarmstien, a trip to the beach, or maybe a dip in the new harbor basin. It's 1,000 meters to the sea and a lovely beach. The nearest business is located at a distance of 2500 m. The price does not include electricity and water consumption. Electricity price: DKK 5 per kWh. Price for water: DKK 90 per m3 The house is fully heated with underfloor heating. No rental to youth groups, where everyone is 15-25 years old.

If you are more into pure relaxation, you can enjoy the peaceful idyll and beautiful nature in Østerby, where our lovely cottage is located less than 100m from a beautiful and undisturbed beach.

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!
