Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein großzügiges Esszimmer, die Küche mit separater Speisekammer, ein Arbeitszimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, zwei Doppel Schlafzimmer mit je einem Duschbad en-suite, ein Gäste-WC und der Hauswirtschaftsraum. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 7 DZ und 1 EZ, sowie 4 Badezimmer.

Native forests, salty air, dreamy expanses and the 305-meter-long adventure bridge starting directly from the beautiful promenade are just a few advantages of the Baltic Sea health resort. Furthermore, there are various cafes, restaurants, pubs, children's playgrounds, mini golf & disc golf (frisbee).

The vacation apartment Sonnengarten 11 is located on the 2nd floor of the newly built vacation complex Sonnengarten in 2019. The apartment is a modernly furnished non-smoking apartment with bedroom, living and dining room, bathroom, sauna and balcony. In addition, it is equipped with many refinements that make the stay a pleasure from the first moment. Herzlich willkommen auf Gut Rachut. Vor ein paar Jahren verwirklichte ich mir den Traum vom Leben auf dem Land -nun auch gemeinsam mit meinem Mann Thomas. Dieses hübsche Fleckchen Erde liegt zwischen Lübeck und Kiel - mitten in der schönen Holsteinischen Schweiz - und ist auch nur einen Katzensprung von der Ostsee entfernt. Aus dem ehemaligen Küchenhaus ist ein gemütliches Ferienhäuschen geworden - und wir möchten euch einladen, unsere Gäste zu sein.

In the middle of our wonderful orchard is our spacious house with a cozy eat-in kitchen, in which a fireplace provides coziness in cold weather. In summer, the large terrace with a shady apple tree invites you to eat together. In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

Cozy apartment in a quiet location, about 5 minutes' walk from Dahmer Hauptstrand/Promenade. The apartment has a large roof terrace with beach chair. We have also set up a small play area for (small) children behind the house. Dogs can be brought along, please specify when booking. Wi-Fi is of course available! Please only smoke outside on the terrace, thank you!
