Monthly Rentals in Kelvin Grove

This unit is a delight whether for short or long stays. We were there for 2.5 weeks and really enjoyed the location and the unit’s amenities. There are some very interesting local walks nearby, and shops (particularly Aldi) are very handy. An ideal place to relax and unwind with the rear patio providing a restful view of an enclosed private garden nook. Highly recommended.

As I was driving, Janine met me at the entrance and showed me to the car space. Janine’s apartment is perfectly located with supermarkets, coffee shops, a bottle shop and food options within a very short walking distance. There was even a farmers market right outside on the Saturday of my stay. The apartment had everything I needed and I will certainly not hesitate to book again.

Bonnie & Toby’s place was clean, peaceful and just perfect to rest our heads for the night. I recommend here if you’re in town seeing a show, easy to get from A to B, simple check in and great communication from hosts.

Glenn and Joanne were the perfect hosts, available but not in your face. The location was fantastic, easy walk across to some shops and restaurants, along with a stretch into the CBD. The place itself was private, had all the little things that you don't think about needing but were there. I stayed for 8 nights and it was like my own little apartment. Was able to do all the things I needed including breakfast, washing clothes and drying. The bathroom was a good size and the bed was good. Will be definitely staying here again in the future - thanks Glenn and Joanne.
