The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. You are warmly welcome to stay in a cozy 100-square-meter detached house, in a peaceful and idyllic seaside setting. The accommodation price includes bedding and towels, the basics of cooking (spices, cooking oil, etc.), laundry detergent, and all the equipment you need for basic living. In the bedroom, a double bed and in the other rooms, there are also 2 extendable sofa beds. Rovaniemi is 120km away. Kemi and Tornio 20km.

Well-equipped cottage on a large plot and next to river and nature. The cottage has sleeping places for eight + baby-size bed. Big outdoor sauna gives warm steams and barbecue hut is available for cooking and warming up. Outside we have plenty of different sorts of outdoor games and a play stand. Inside there are 2 TVs, game console and different board games.
