From the yard you can get to the forest, where there are paths and in winter sled tracks. The house has a kitchen, wood-fired sauna, washing machine, dryer, TV, air heat pump, Wi-Fi and a view of the Simojoki river. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

In the historic Old Hamina, Iin, the apartment in the courtyard of a detached house is an atmospheric stopover about 500m from the highway. Iijoki is a stone's throw away, you can even see a glimpse of it from the window. The main building is home to a family of three. The municipality of Ii is known for its culture and art, and the host Minna can tell you about the history, sights and culture of Ii. Ii's services are close and Oulu is a 30-minute drive. The apartment has been completely renovated in the spring of 2024.

Stay in the tranquility of the countryside in a cozy cottage with river views. The cottage is small, in good condition and has everything you need. Electric sauna, shower, toilet, stove, dishes, fridge and cooking utensils There is a path to the beach and a rowboat in use. The beach is stone-based and has no jetty, so you must be able to swim if you want to take a dip in the river. The property has just been fitted with an air heat pump that keeps the apartment comfortably cool and brings pleasant warmth in winter.

Charming log cabin on the shores of the Kemijoki River

Relax by the beautiful Kemijoki River in a log cabin built in 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a grill shed, as well as a terrace. Another sauna, which can be rented separately during the summer, is right on the beach. There is a hot tub and a gazebo with an 8-burner grill next to the sauna. A rowboat is available for residents. Linens and towels are included in the price. The taps have spring water. In the silence of the countryside, the soul rests!

The property has a sheltered and large yard that can accommodate even larger cars. There's a barbecue cabin in the yard. In winter, you can even see the northern lights. The center of Tornio and the Swedish border are about 6 km away, Kemi 24 km, Rovaniemi 119 km and Santa Claus' Pajakylä 127 km. I live with my family in the same yard. The price includes linen and towels.

At the private entrance, there is a small bathroom with a toilet and a wood-fired sauna for two people (wood is included in the price). The cottage has a TV with apps that work with the guest's own mobile data connection. With an air-source heat pump, the cottage stays cool in the summer. There is a small public beach 3 kilometers away.
