You can walk to the woods from the yard, where there are ready-made trails and traces of a sled in the winter. Walking dogs is also easy in nature. The house has a kitchen, a wood-burning sauna, washrooms, a washer, a dryer, a TV, an air source heat pump, wifi, and a river view of the Simo River. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! There's a grill cabin in the yard for the summer and a lean-to on the beach!

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka personally welcomed us. The house is close to the road and is well accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka arranged us cheaply for cross-country skis and snowshoes and spelt a cross-country ski trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the aurora lights 2x. Everything was super straightforward. I'd love to come back. Thank you.
