In addition, no visitors other than guests are allowed. Please be sure to let us know before check-in if the number of guests changes.

It is a calm, modern Japanese building that uses plenty of indirect lighting. The roughly 3,300 m² Japanese garden is also meticulously lit and can be enjoyed in all seasons. Please use it as a base for various activities such as concerts at the nearby Guitar Culture Museum, bus fishing at Kasumigaura, golf, sky sports, sightseeing orchard tours, Mt. Tsukuba climbing, and trail running. BBQ tools are available for rent separately for 5,500 yen. "SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted.
