Waterfront holiday rentals in Kennebec County

Soo has an exceptional apartment right in downtown Augusta. Impeccably clean with a modern layout. More than enough for what I needed during my stay. Free parking right out front is a huge benefit. Great restaurants within a few min walk. I'll be visiting sometime next year and intend to stay here again.

Hallowell is a neat town with nice shops, cafe’s and restaurants. The cute waterfront area is nearby. The unit is just a block or two from all. The back deck overlooks the river with some nice shade trees in between. The deck sold this property for me. All else was as advertised and in good working order. All was clean and the bed was top notch.

Glen’s Loft #6 was a great home away from home when in Augusta. Close to restaurants and a walk on the rail trails. All amenities were accounted for and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing fancy but better than advertised view of the lake. Only noise we encountered were loons so if you want peace and quiet, this place works. Basically you turn into the Augusta Country Club parking lot which is the road to the colony of homes Mark's place is in. A little tough to see the road sign at night. Will rent again and would love to play ACC, looks like a great course.

This is a beautiful home. The hosts took the time to send clear instructions for getting to the house as well as where to park. They included pictures which was very helpful. The house was beautiful. We loved the restaurant recommendations. We would stay again if we go back to Maine.

Great location, waterfront, and the host is Very responsive. The host regularly checks on you to make sure everything is going well. Great service.

This apartment is very modern, clean and functional. It is a third floor location with both stairs and elevator access. It is well stocked with various K-cup coffee selections including decaf (thank you Glenn). There are some decent restaurants on the street below. Parking around back is easy to navigate. The only negative I could say is that there is no TV in the bedroom, but the one in the living room is very nice.

My wife and I spent our first year anniversary in this wonderful home. We had a great time enjoying the fall colors and over looking the beautiful pond, especially in the morning as the fog broke. Within 15 minutes there were several grocery shopping options, restaurants, and breweries. Perfect balance of being in a quiet setting but having amenities nearby. Would recommend and hope to go back next autumn!

The location is gorgeous and peaceful, so close to the water so that we could enjoy it right out the window, or down at the dock. The weather was too rainy for paddling but we heard the loons. The space is comfortable and Mark had so many nice touches that made us feel welcome. We hope to be back!

A five star setting in a true Maine oasis. If you're looking for a great , clean and comfortable house with a pondfront setting in a small Maine town, look no further. Every amenity you would hope for is there. Furniture is nice and lots of homey personal touches. Great bed which isn't always the case in even better AirBnBs. Hosts were good communicators and responses to questions came quickly. No complaint on anything. Dog friendly is a bonus!

This was a really nice house on a beautiful lake. The beds were comfortable and there were enough to accommodate us. It was very clean and easy to enjoy your stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

Went for a fishing weekend with my brother. We were both very happy with the place. Boat launch for great pond was a 3 minutes drive and the boat launch for long pond was 7 minutes away which was nice so we could fish multiple lakes easily. Had dock access from great pond for the boat and was the end of channel that was well marked. We were able to dock the boat overnight there were no issues. A few places to eat nearby with access via boat (just a bit further up the channel with public dock behind the post office) and are also walkable. Clean space and great view. Beds were very comfortable for an Airbnb. Would recommend, great value, will stay here again if we come back to Belgrade.

What a place. So many great things to do. We swam and fished in the lake, the kayaks and canoes were so much fun and at night we sat by the fire pit and played table hockey.The house had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and answered all questions quickly.

This home did not disappoint. You couldn’t be any closer to the lake which was just dreamy. House was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Thorough information was provided prior to check in which was so helpful. Blessed to see and listen to the loons every single day!
