The new tiny house floats over a slightly sloping meadow and combines good architecture and country life. You can come to rest with us and leave everyday life behind. The "Fischerei_34g" is located between the lake and the beginning of the Bregenz Forest at 600 m. Distance to Lake Constance / Bregenz city center: approx. 6 km Pfänderspitze: about 5 km, within walking distance of the property.

The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

* Skiing / biking / hiking / swimming * The house with garden and pool (May–September, not heated) offers a sensational view over the Rhine Valley to the Swiss mountains. It accommodates 7 people. Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away; Lake Constance is 10 minutes away. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. The ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40-60 minutes.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

In addition, the accommodation offers a good starting point for hikes or excursions. In just a few minutes you can reach the city of Bregenz and Lake Constance by public transport.

This welcoming 42m² holiday"cottage" offers a perfect mix of comfort and coziness. The stylishly furnished living room and bedroom, which is cleverly divided by a partition, creates a cozy atmosphere to feel good. The location of the apartment is particularly attractive: the picturesque Lake Constance is only a short ride away and offers numerous leisure opportunities in summer. Due to the proximity to the road, driving noises are noticeable.

Quiet 2-room apartment in the center of Lauterach. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a French double bed and a wardrobe. In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed offers space for 2 more guests. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet. Private garage and additional parking spaces are available. Bregenz, Dornbirn, and the A14 can be reached in 10 minutes. There are two bakeries right next to the house.
