Highway House rural home, private & large area.

We call this rural acreage the highway house. It's located in the country with ample parking available. It also is wonderfully accessible to numerous hunting locales for hunters. It's within 10 miles to the Kirwin Wildlife Refuge, and there's great hunting opportunities for deer, pheasant, and other wildlife nearby. The house is located directly off highway 36, so the roads are always accessible. Large flat screen tv with ROKU, and Wifi are provided. Several recliners in living room area.

Parliament Place

Parliament Place is a charming country brick structure built in the early 1950's. It is intended to be a quiet retreat from the hustle & bustle of city life where one can stay secluded, watch movies on the large screen TV , connect your computer or take a walk. The third bedroom doubles as a game room or as we call it, the "rest" room where one can read a book, play cards, put a puzzle together or as the title suggests, simply just relax and take a nap in the basket chair or on the twin bed.

My Place

My Place is conveniently located off of Rt. 36, and centrally located 15 miles from Norton and Phillipsburg where you'll find Prairie Dog State Park and Kirwin Wildlife Refuge, a sportsmen's paradise. The beds have gel infused memory foam mattress toppers, LR has a 32" TV w/Amazon Prime, bathroom includes grooming essentials, kitchenette includes coffee, tea, sugar, milk, & sample baked goods. Free use of washer/dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, phone, Wifi and USB charging station.

Outdoorsman's Paradise Sleeps 9

This remodeled home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor kennels, and plenty of room for all your hunting & fishing gear. The Kirwin National Wildlife Refuge is 15 minutes west. Forty-five minutes southeast is Glen Elder State Park. Webster Lake is located 45 minutes southwest. Multiple walk-in hunting areas can be found within ten miles. Hunting opportunities include whitetail deer, pheasant, quail, prairie chicken, & all types of water fowl.

Meadowlark House

Our large house in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of town is the perfect place for family and friends to gather. It has a spacious private back yard, a front patio for bird watching, and a cozy sunroom. The house is walking distance to Jewell County Hospital and Rock Hills High School. Mankato offers unique local stores, restaurants, music events, beautiful park, public pool, nearby lake and attractions, seasonal hunting and fishing, and a happy small town vibe.

No pets, No smoking, and limited access to hunters (must be approved) . Step into our cozy cabin-style interior, adorned with warm wood accents and comfy furnishings. Relax in the spacious living area, complete with a large TV for movie nights. Outside, our covered porch awaits with inviting patio chairs, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or stargazing. Whether it's a serene getaway or an outdoor adventure, our tiny home offers the perfect retreat.

By the park

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. The Old Mill and city park are across the street and the city pool is within walking distance, just two blocks away! Enjoy the fenced in back yard, deck, and play area for children. This house has two driveways and a two car attached garage. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable home so you can enjoy all of the amenities our little town has to offer.

Fishing and Hunting Getaway!!

Whole house available for you and up to 6 guest total. There is a traeger grill available to use if needed. Washer and dryer is available for washing clothes. One full bathroom with a tub/shower. Plenty of parking and there are two additional building on the property available if needed. Coffee pot available, paper plates, and utensils available for our guests as well.

Liberty Lodge

Liberty Lodge is located just minutes away from Kirwin Reservoir. The reservoir is known as the goose capital of Kansas. It also known for its great walleye and crappie fishing. The lodge comes with everything you will need for your stay. DirecTV television, large garage to clean game or fish, and plenty of parking to park vehicles, boats etc.
