Neighborhood is diverse with people of all national origin in a central locale. It is a short distance to downtown, medical and State offices, as well as Washburn University. Fully furnished, with kitchenware, laundry and computer-office cabinet. There's Wifi/3 streaming TVs online. Utilities are paid/pet welcome.

This is a unique listing, read completely through it first. The walkout basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS).
