Monthly Rentals in Kent Town

We came down for the Adelaide Fringe Festival, and the location is absolutely ideal. Five minute walk and you're in the middle of everything. The on site parking was great, as we had a car to head out of the city and do some wine tasting in the Barossa, the hills and McLaren Vale. House was a perfect size, well equipped and spotless. Perfect for two couple or a family. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Anna’s. A beautiful location, easy walks to Norwood shopping strip and into the CBD. A great place that offered everything we needed and more. We were provided with breakfast requisites and a bottle of wine to settle us in. A really lovely way to welcome us along with Anna waiting for us to arrive. Anna was very accommodating with check in and checkout and had a range of suggestions for preferred eateries in the area. Thank you.

Brent and Stella’s place was as described. The location is definitely its best feature if you’re looking for something close to the city but not in it. Communication was great and we were able to have an early check-in on request.

Andrew was responsive during our stay. After each check-in, we identified that the toaster needed cleaning due to an accumulation of crumbs and the dryer contained an excessive amount of lint. Nonetheless, the remainder of the accommodation was clean, tidy and well-maintained. The beds were of super comfy. The location was peaceful and conveniently situated within walking distance to the heart of Adelaide and the markets. We also had the pleasure of discovering some hidden gem restaurants including Chinese and Bocelli Italian located nearby and offering reasonable prices. Furthermore, a charming coffee shop Flinders was within walking distance from the building's entrance, serving exceptional coffee and providing outstanding customer service. Overall, our experience was extremely positive and we extend our gratitude to Andrew.
