Wow! Top notch and truly has everything you need. From the luxurious bathroom towels to labeled, soft-close drawers—every detail was perfectly curated. The apartment had such a calming, zen vibe, making it the ideal place to unwind. We especially appreciated the table stocked with local recommendations for dining and activities—so helpful! We loved the history of both the building and the apartment itself. We stayed in an E unit, which gave us a charming view of the historic Harding Hotel and Palace. The location is perfect—within walking distance to The Reminents for coffee and breakfast, plus nearby shopping. We also stopped by Central Market and Maddie’s on Main—both great spots. There were plenty of other shops and restaurants we didn’t get to explore this trip since we were in town for a family function, but we definitely plan to next time. As a former Airbnb owner and frequent guest, I can confidently say this is one of my all-time favorite

This location is in a really nice neighborhood, about ten minutes or so from the library, hospitals, mall, grocery stores. It's an upstairs unit, very spacious and comfortable. Lu Ann is good about keeping in touch and answering questions. Plenty of windows and natural light as well.

We had a fantastic stay in Sidney! The AirBnb was spotless and well appointed. We visited the local toy store and had dinner on the square before enjoying the sauna and getting a good night of sleep. The coffee shop was wonderful as well! We'd love to return.

My wife I had a one night stay in Troy unexpectedly and was truelly blown away by how helpful Dianne was with check in, recommendations on where to eat and have a couple drinks and how we'll the home was appointed and decorated. Within walking distance to the town Square the area was lively for a Thursday night. Also we had breakfast at Harens market which is also a butcher shop with all kinds of fresh and varied meats. We will definitely be back again!

My partner and I have stayed at the Loft and the guest house on Simon’s property, so when we saw this listing we knew we had to try it! Just like Simon’s other listings, this place was spotless, beautiful, and quiet. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. One of our days here was super hot and sunny, so the dual air conditioners and blackout curtains came in handy to make the entire space a comfortable temperature. The large soaking tub was a nice bonus!

Lynette’s place was the perfect space for our night stay! It was very clean, and exactly as pictured. Host was responsive and we would stay here again!

We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again. The downstairs suite was modern and comfortable and had everything we needed!

Wonderful stay very responsive and spacious home for our stay

This is one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in! The house is adorable, extremely clean, and so well decorated. It is very spacious and has literally every little thing you can think of to make it feel like home. On top of the usual amenities you find in a rental, this one has so many additional touches from extra table fans, cozy blankets, and even sound machines in the bedrooms, hand mirror, Q-tips & cotton balls in the bathroom, board games and card games galore, a speaker to connect to, k-cups for the Keurig, access to a vacuum cleaner and the list goes on… The neighborhood is in a historic district which is very walkable to downtown Troy. We had so much fun exploring the neighborhood with its beautiful homes and the restaurants and shops downtown!

This place was great. Very spacious compared to the pictures. The location was also great, with multiple grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Kaysee's home in Troy is a perfect home away from home. The house is extremely comfortable and clean with nice amenities. It's close to stores and on-ramps to the highway. It's also within a couple minutes drive of downtown Troy, but far enough away that you don't hear the trains.

Great spot! Was super clean and the free public parking was a plus. Area was nice and the apartment itself was just what I needed. Felt comfortable and safe the whole time.

Kosby’s place was very spacious and well organized. It is stocked with everything and then some. Loved the huge walk-in closet with many of my favorite board games. I unfortunately did not get to enjoy the apartment or DT Delaware as I had business in Powell during my stay. Kosby and Lindsey were super responsive. All my messages were retuned instantly. Ohio Wesleyan University is also within walking distance. Need to take a kid on a college tour? Have a need to visit Columbus? I highly recommend staying here.

Space was great, very convenient and right off the highway into south end of town. Delaware has great restaurants and location is only a mile away. Easy check in and friendly host.

I was hoping that this would be available again when we were planning this most recent trip and was excited to find it was and quickly snatched it up. Everything was great and our one little problem was resolved quickly while we were out enjoying time with family. I would recommend this place to anyone needing to stay in or near Piqua

Great house to be in. My tile crew and I stayed here and just loved the hot tub and all the room we had. 3 levels to roam around in. 3 bathrooms with showers all had great water pressure. Lots of privacy. A+

100% recommended, it's a beautiful, cozy place to get away from the routine and very familiar.

This is the second time our group has has spent a weekend in Columbus together and Charles’ place was awesome. We each had our own bed/ bedroom and having 3 bathrooms was fantastic. Enjoyed both the hot tub and the fire pit. Would definitely stay there again!!

My friends and I had a great time. Plenty of space for everyone, nice patio and grill. Evan was great with communication and was very thoughtful. I would definitely recommend this spot, itwas a nice location close to really great restaurants and would love to stay again in the future.

We booked Evan's place for the weekend of my daughter's graduation from OSU. We are really familiar with the area, having attended OSU ourselves, and knew it was a perfect location for what we wanted to do. Parking was easy -- the private lot was perfect. We ate dinner at the Rusty Bucket just down the street, one of our favorites. We didn't go this time, but the Park of Roses is across the street -- a gorgeous garden, especially in June when the roses are in bloom. It is also a great place to walk. The condo was perfect for our group of four adults. The kitchen is wonderful! The bathroom is roomy, beds were comfortable, and while we didn't use the laundry room, it was really nice. The apartment is new and very clean. This is a very nice Air BnB in a great location for OSU and anything on the north side of Columbus!
