Minute walking distance to all cafes, pubs, cider place, museums, hospitals, parks, schools, public pool, slash pad, tennis court, basketball court and shopping.

Bbq on a private deck overlooking our signature hole. Minutes off of the 101 exit13 Renovated Dutchman 5th wheel camper. Located on the golf course. The apartment is fully detached from our house and above the garage. There is a smart TV and WiFi as well as Air Conditioning and on site parking for one vehicle.
