In 2019 my husband and I set out to renovate this old pool house into a self-sustainable apartment or tiny home in our backyard. As you can imagine… things did not turn out the way we intended and construction was completed in the fall of 2020! The amenities are not lacking within the space and we know you will feel at home!

This desirable location is close to downtown Grand Rapids or Holland via easy 15-minute drives on I-196. Grandville offers, parks, trails, restaurants & shopping within walking distance. The closest beach is about 10 minutes away and Lake Michigan is a quick 20 minute drive.

The two bedroom suite is a basic guest suite off of our home in a quiet community. It has its own private off street parking, with separate furnace and central air conditioning. The only shared area is the enclosed backyard and guests even have their own private laundry. Majority of our guests take advantage of our full kitchen and toiletries. While this is not a luxury stay it offers good value considering the area.
