Amazing retreat in the Redwoods - the property is quiet, has beautiful views of the redwoods with both outdoor sun and shade spots, and has a cool interior. Pool was perfect for cooling off on a hot day. I would stay again! We stayed in May, and while the yard was mowed, it had a type of grass that was very prickly so not barefoot or dog friendly - so we weren’t fully able to enjoy the expansive yard space.

We had a wonderful experience having a small family reunion here. We had two older adults who use walkers and a baby, so I wanted to make sure that the house could accommodate all of us. Place was perfect for this with 3 bedrooms on the first floor, and only a couple steps to manage into the front door. Robin and other hosts were really helpful in answering all of my questions prior to the booking (and after). Loved the pool, hot tub and gazebo sitting area. Used the grill for family dinners. Will treasure our memories here!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely beautiful — peaceful, well-maintained, and full of charm. The pool was a lovely spot to relax, and being able to walk through the surrounding vineyards made the experience feel extra special. Everything was thoughtfully documented, which made it easy to settle in and explore. The host’s recommendations were very helpful and much appreciated.

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. What a great find! The home was so cozy. Well equipped and decorated with attention to detail. The location was great. Nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard is a perfect paradise and my family of 6 were so happy to spend time just chilling in that beautiful fruit tree lined backyard. Highly recommend!!

Matthew’s home exceeded expectations and was incredibly cozy, private, spacious, clean, and spa-like. It was luxurious! It was very pet-friendly, I brought my Labrador with me and he loved lounging on the deck. The weather subsided (though I love the rain) all day Friday to allow for an entire day outdoors! The hot tub was clean and instructions were easy to follow. I loved that Matthew included local recommended spots to check out— I went to Russian River Brewing and Pacific Markets— both great spots with ample walking areas. The home decor is unique and has such character and charm without feeling like you’re stepping into “Magnolia Farms”— so far from it! There are beautiful works of art, antiques, classic and contemporary books; it’s lovely. Matthew is a responsive and kind, generous host. Our flight was delayed and we didn't make it to Holly's place until past midnight. We let her know about the delay and she took care of ensuring we would be able to access the place- even turned on some outside and inside lights for us. Great location to walk into town. The place is very well equipped and comfortable.

Sherry was very responsive and very flexible with checkout which we appreciated. you need a car as there's not much within walking distance. the neighborhood is quiet and although the unit is a bit dated, it has everything you need.

What a special place! It was a perfect retreat to celebrate my husband's birthday, appreciate the setting and relax completely. It has beautiful antique furniture, art and comfortable beds. I recommend walking up to the vineyard lookout, and spotting a few sculptures along the way. Don't forget to use the steam shower in the master bath. The house is perfect for 8 adults. Four large bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. We had a 9th adult and the 5th bedroom was very tiny. Would be fine for a child but would not recommend for an adult. The 9th adult also did not have access to a bathroom without having to walk through a bedroom or having to walk upstairs. The house was nicely updated, very spacious, beautiful views, and adequately stocked for an Airbnb. It is located closely to Spring Lake for a nice morning walk. The location to Santa Rosa was convenient as well as right in between Healdsburg and Sonoma. The hosts were very responsive and also gave great recommendations.

Lovely place for my friend’s bachelorette with 9 people — absolutely stunning views, cute setup inside, a good amount of room. Marvie was an excellent communicator and fantastic host. The only complaints we had were things that were already described in the description due to being out in a remote location (eg. a few bugs around the house, the water in the showers felt a little odd/filmy). But it was well worth this for the vistas and everything else was super clean & perfect for us. They even leave you a bottle of local wine and have options to set up activities through them (the chef dinner we did was incredible and Chef Brittany crushed it)! This is not about the airbnb, but if you work with Kohmsa stays to plan anything — do not work with Ambrosia, as she is unreliable, uncommunicative, and not helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Napa! The place was really cute, with a beautifully designed kitchen that made mornings and meals a pleasure. Everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the great downtown restaurants and evening spots. Would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were extremely hospitable and thorough. They were available when needed and responded immediately. The BnB was very kid friendly and all the accomodations made the mini vacation all worth it. I will definitely be returning and recommend this stay to all.

Linda’s place was ideal for two couples to tour wine country with two separate cottages. The cottages were very nice, stocked with breakfast foods, and very well located. The grounds are gorgeous with a beautiful gardens and lemon and organs trees right outside of each cottage. Linda was very communicative, gave us great recommendations, and a lovely tour of her gardens upon our arrival. We will be back for our next trip.

This location was perfect! We were here to visit Sonoma and Napa wineries, but our most enjoyable moments were in and around the lovely Glen Ellen area. The Mill restaurant, recommended by our host, exceeded expectations. Service, food, and beauty made it outstanding. A must visit is the fun Jack London Saloon patio for live music and the best burger I have ever eaten! One of our last stops was at Wine Snob for a tasting, and it did not disappoint. We learned more in that visit than in all of the other visits to actual wineries combined! Our cottage was exceptionally comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a two night stay. (Plenty of towels, pillows, etc.) Our host, Melanie, was very responsive to any questions. We did not have a pet with us, but it would have been perfect if traveling with one.

Mia was great and super responsive! The place is lovely. The deck in the back provides a great place to listen to the babbling creek and sip your wine. Kitchen has everything you could need. Location is central for all Sonoma vineyards. Would definitely come back!

Loved our stay at the Himmel House. It was exactly what I imagined a vacation home in Sonoma valley should be. The house was comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a very pleasant stay. The yard was fantastic, only sorry that it was too cold to use the pool, though that didn't stop us from relaxing a bit poolside. Really enjoyed the front outside dining area. That wasn't expected. Would stay again next time in the area.

Ryan’s place was truly an oasis! Every aspect of this home was tailored to make you feel comfortable and welcomed from the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever encountered at an Airbnb to the complimentary bottle of wine on arrival . The views from the deck were breathtaking. Hot tub and pool were spotless and luxurious. Every day there was new wildlife to see from a turkey on the deck to three deer bedding down just feet from the hot tub. This has hands down been the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. We cancelled some tastings just to spend more time at this property.

I cannot rave enough about Tara's charming, secluded, peaceful home. we felt right at home. Everything was considered. clean house, comfortable beds, great amenities, including a fantastically appointed coffee bar. even the TP was top shelf! :-). Her communication was also first class. For the area, her price is beyond reasonable. If we make it back this way again, we will absolutely stay again.

The home is beautifully situated in the hills with an incredible deck with sweeping vistas of the countryside, including views of a couple nearby vineyards. The scenery makes it tempting to spend the entirety of the stay enjoying the backyard/deck. The hot tub and bocce ball court were added bonuses. Inside, the home is pristine with a mid-century modern feel. The amenities (unlike some Airbnb properties) are durable and exude quality. The space has ample windows to let in natural light and an open feel that is optimal for entertaining. We had a wonderful time and all commented that it was one of the nicest properties we have stayed at.
