Elia House 10 meters from sea

House Elia is in a nice environment. It has a private garden with a nice terrace that you can sit and enjoy your breakfast or a coffee. It is situated 10 meters from sea and in walking distance there is a supermarket and nice Taverns. For the lovers of healthy diet, can try freshly cut vegetables from the garden that are grown by my mother......Surely the house ELIA make the difference because of greek coffee who is ofered by my mother[zaxarenia] and the traditional homemade food.

It's 65 km away from Heraklion and only 40 m away from Skouros beach. The view is diverse as large windows overlook the ocean or the mountains. Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.

It has a bedroom, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa that can accommodate two more people. In the olive grove there are also two small houses which are for rent. Keratokampos is a village 70km from Heraklion with 7km of beaches and a quite environment appropriate for relaxing vacations.
