Here, the sea stretches as far as the eye can see and the surroundings are particularly calm. At high tide, it almost feels like being on a boat. The studio is bright, comfortable and oriented towards the outside. You can enjoy the sea at any time of day, with beautiful sunsets depending on the season.

This villa offers sea views from most of the rooms of the house with the beach at the end of the garden with immediate access and a splendid 180-degree view of the ocean.

Le Moulin de Kerangoc: Le Moulin cottage

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with shower room, separate toilet and a kitchen living room with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment, you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (the Moros) that runs along the property. Quiet, you can see many birds : herons, peverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with deer.

Penty, 6 km from the sea

This pretty penty adjoining our house is ideally located in the quiet countryside but also 5 minutes from the center of Concarneau and 6 km from the beaches. The penty is perfect for family vacations. For the months of July and August, we only accept requests by the week from Saturday to Saturday. We do not provide sheets or towels, unless requested by you, we charge 10 euros per bed set.
