The nearest town is 10 minutes away with a cinema, restaurants and the market which takes place every Tuesday and Saturday morning PS: Public charging station for electric vehicles 40 m from the cottage.

Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Cozy 2 bedroom cottage with outdoor space/parking

2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage in a peaceful and rural area but close enough to get to Rostrenen and Carhaix as well as other villages including Glomel. There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

The ground floor offers a very comfortable and spacious living space with a very bright kitchen, a central island for dining and a living room with TV, as well as a toilet. Upstairs you will find the sleeping area with two bedrooms and a shower room with wc. The terrace area is equipped for outdoor dining and relaxing. The firewood is the responsibility of the guest. It's not provided.

Ideal for taking a short break when you're visiting the area, we offer our renovated caravan sheltered under a wooden bark carport. Located in the countryside while being close to amenities, (2 km from the city center and 700 m from the supermarket) you will be quiet and can enjoy very nice walks from our home.
