It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and has an open plan living room with a kitchen, a large balcony, a bedroom and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to four people as it has a double bed and a sofa bed. In the area there is a supermarket (1 km), beach (1.5 km), gym (200m).

It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.
