Our home is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, (3 are suites with private bathrooms) with 8 total beds. We have a game room & amazing outdoor area with a putting green and a private fenced pool and huge yard on the River Island golf course. Please note that the pool is not heated. Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5 hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes from Balch Park, home of the largest trees on earth.

There is a large pool to enjoy on hot days with a large shallow area. The entire home has all new furnishings and bedding. Very comfortable linen comforters.
