Cozy studio loft apartment situated over a garage on a small working horse farm. The loft has a private entrance, microwave, small fridge, Keurig coffee maker, bathroom, comfortable king bed, cozy linens and local art. An inflatable bed and pack n’ play are available. Dogs welcome/$45 pet fee required. Relax in quiet, scenic countryside, only 5 minutes from downtown Lexington, VMI and W&L. Horses welcome also—contact for details about equine layovers. Our guest house is only a few minutes away from Historic Lexington. The house has one master bedroom with a king size bed. We have a fully functional kitchen, washer and dryer, and full bathroom. We are also close to the Appalachian Trail, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Virginia Military Institute, Washington and Lee University, and the Virginia Horse Center. The house provides great views and a place to relax either on the back porch, the front deck, or a walk through the surrounding area.
