James's Queen Anne guest house

Inspired by the show Tiny House Nation, I thought it would be fun to convert my small detached garage into my vision of a comfortable and modern living space with all the amenities. It's approx. 210 sq ft or 11 x 19 ft but has the feel of a much larger place . We are located in an amazing spot on the top of Queen Anne. Macrina's Bakery is just 100 ft along with the #2 Metro bus to take you downtown in just 10 minutes. We feel lucky to live in such a beautiful neighborhood!

This cozy studio in the heart of Upper Queen Anne is located close to all the must-see places and activities in the Seattle area. The neighborhood is very walkable and the studio has an abundance of day light. Trader Joe's, Safeway, and many restaurants are within a five minute walk. One of the most breathtaking views of Seattle, Kerry Park, is a 10 minute walk. The cozy studio HVAC (heating & air conditioning) has its own unit and it is not shared with any other spaces.

My place is close to Macrina Bakery, Malena's Taco Shop, Ken's Market, and S&L Café on top of Queen Anne hill. You’ll love my place because of the location, easy access to downtown, and the quaint neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Fully stocked kitchenette. There is ample free street parking on my block and 6 bus routes to downtown within 4 blocks from here. The bed is a Full / Double Size, sleeper sofa.
