Great location, short walk to the beach, relaxing neighborhood, great space for my big family, we loved the pool.

The house is well-appointed and has all the amenities you need. The pool is clean and has a salt-water system, which is terrific. Leo's team is very responsive and helpful and they don't have a long list of chores for you to do on checkout.

Everything is exactly as James posting. The kiddos enjoyed the pool & the location is in a very peaceful neighborhood. This will be our go to place for our future visits. I also had the chance to meet the person who cleans his property & she was beautiful & kind. My kids gave her plenty of hugs & she made sure we didnt need anything before leaving.

We stayed at Derek’s house for almost 14 days and we all loved it. Such a beautiful home and even better in person than the pictures! The house had everything we needed and more. I would not hesitate to book this house again. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and supermarket. Great communication, clean and peaceful atmosphere. Thank you for hosting us!

This was the most amazing Airbnb that we have ever stayed in for family of 5 adults. Every detail made our stay feel like a resort vacation. The communication and responsiveness was amazing! Every fancy item in the kitchen you would ever want including a nespresso machine, tons of pool towels, beach accessories, all high quality hair dyers, steamers, so many tvs, a speaker and even a bench and weight set. They literally thought of everything! The pool and outside seating areas made our stay even more perfect. We essentially lived in the pool! We didn't want to leave. We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you for an amazing kick off to our crazy summer!

Our stay here was perfect. Beautiful house with a great location. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised with a very helpful and accommodating host. Will look to rent this place next year as well.

The overall experience was great and would stay there again. The house is in a great location. It was updated, clean and had the amenities we were looking for in regards to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and backyard. LOVED the backyard! Pool worked great and the host was accommodating when we wanted to turn the hot tub on. The AC worked great and kept the house cool during the hot summer days. All appliances worked with no issues. We did have a small issue with the fans and lights in the rooms. All the remotes were missing. We ended up finding the one for the living and dining room but never found the ones for the bedrooms. They were set to low and could not adjust them. I let the host know and they ordered new ones right away but did not make it in time for our stay.

Our stay was amazing! Neil and Michelle were the ideal hosts. During our stay, my oldest son turned 18, so they coordinated with me to ensure a birthday cake and candles were there waiting when we arrived after a 14 hour drive. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I can’t brag enough how kind and amazing they were. If you’re looking for a peaceful and private home away from home, I highly recommend booking!

I have stayed in several airbnb but this one takes the cake. With the relaxation and amenities on the property, from the pool to the canal with coconut shot boats, to people watching on the canal. The beach accessories; beach chairs and umbrella allowed more beach time daily. The kitchen is fully stocked. The marshall retro speaker is such a nice touch for pool fun. I will stay here over and over! Daimian is an amazing host! Stay here you won’t be disappointed. Super host status!!

Great home, and excellent location in a lovely neighborhood. It was very clean and had everything we needed exceeding expectations with attention to details that made our stay very comfortable. The layout is well designed, functional, and great quality. Our host Maria Elena was amazing, very friendly, welcoming, and responsive. We look forward to staying there again.

This space was very accommodating to our family of 8! Having access to the beach chairs umbrellas, coolers, and pool floaters was really convenient. Loved that there was a high chair and games/toys for our little one. The pool was really nice.

Zsuzsanna was a great host, always responsive and helpful. Place was great, pool is beautiful, everything was clean, and we loved the pool table and how walkable this was to the beach (I enjoy walking, but if you don’t want a 15 minute walk, the Ubers are super cheap like $10-15).

The best Airbnb ever! Perfect place to stay with family and have a peaceful time. This is house is just stunning and modern, huge kitchen, amazing swimming pool! I didn’t want to leave this place, first time in my life I feel so comfortable in an Airbnb. I highly recommend this place. Mike was an amazing and responsive host! I would like to stay at this place again!

This house was amazing! The outdoor space and pool looked just like the picture and felt very topical with the trees and setup! Would definitely recommend staying here while in Miami for anyone wanting a private pool space to enjoy the sun and heat!! Plus the indoor space was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in the space! The host was great accommodating and with communication 🙌🏼

Bryan’s Airbnb was absolutely breathtaking! The property was even more stunning in person—spacious, beautifully decorated, and truly set the tone for our unforgettable weekend. The location couldn’t have been better—just 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach and within a short walking distance to Publix and a variety of great food spots. Super convenient! What really made our experience top-tier was Bryan himself. He was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and concerns and went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival when our flights got in ahead of schedule. His flexibility and attentiveness made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. If you’re planning a group trip, girls getaway, or special celebration, this is the spot. The house was very clean, and comfort. The yard was private and perfect for the dog. Great location easy to get around with access to some great restaurants. We were close to all the things we wanted to do. We will definitely visit again.

Great location - you can walk, drive or take the free Circuit to the beach. We did a snorkeling trip in Pompano Beach that was wonderful. We also took short drives to the Fort Lauderdale area and the Everglades for a tour. Ronny got back to me quick when I asked any questions about the house or area. This was the perfect place to stay for my family's vacation.
