This place is quiet and in such a convenient location. Everything is walkable! Also, it’s just as cute as the pictures. 10/10!

We had such a fantastic stay. Sheryl was very quick and helpful with her responses. The apartment had everything we needed. The AC was great (so important in southern Florida!), the master bedroom had a huge walk in closet and all the rooms were spacious and comfortable. A wonderful stay! Our group of six people absolutely loved this spot. Key Biscayne is gorgeous and we loved the quick beach access. We were able to walk to anything we needed, and we’d love to return someday. Thank you to Silvia and Merina!

I just returned from 4 nights at Lucia's condo with my husband and four teenagers. The layout was perfect and we had plenty of space. The community is very quiet and we enjoyed both pools, the tennis courts and beach. We would highly recommend the Golden Hog, Vinya Wine and Market (dine in and wine take out), Tutto Pizza and Pasta (happy hour is great value), and Rusty Pelican (views alone worth the trip). Special shout out to Christian at the pool who gave us great service during the week. Lucia was very responsive. We would return for sure.

I will definitely be back! This was the smoothest air bnb process i’ve ever experienced. The host was extremely responsive even though I checked in pretty late which was super appreciated. P.S. The views are incredible! I can’t wait to return for longer next time.

The place was great. Right by the pool and tons of restaurants near by. The Freebee ride service was great to get around. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Alvaro was so accommodating. We would definitely come back!

Eva is a wonderful and kind host! The place was exactly how it looked in the photos and she even provided all what you would need in a vacation away from home. Eva was also very proactive and provided all of the information you would ever need during the stay. And any questions we had, she would respond very quickly. She even curated a list of her wonderful recommendations! Overall, everything had exceeded our expectations, and this truly was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. It was located at such a convenient location, surrounded by many restaurants and just a mere walking distance to the beach! Highly recommend others to stay at this place, it is worth every penny!

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

Steve was a great host and responded very quickly to messages. The rental was clean and exactly as described and had plenty of amenities as well. The area was great and views were amazing too. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay here.

Beautiful, safe, clean with a super convenient location. The building has upgraded security since becoming Lyfe. The elevators were all working and very clean! This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this building. It's truly perfect on many levels! We will definitely be back!! We have no complaints at sll to report.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Mario's place. We loved the beach house decor showing off some wonderful finds from traveling the world, quite inspiring. The place was extremely clean and organized with everything you need to take for a day at the beach, only a few minutes walk to the private beach. We brought our snorkels and saw a ray, fish, huge shells and even a sea turtle! We rented paddle boards right at the beach, so convenient. The pool in just a few steps from the door and super nice. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come again.

An amazing stay. Really a hidden gem so close to Miami but a different world

When booking this condo you are paying for location, security and amenities. These items were outstanding. KeyColony is very nice. Mature landscape, play areas, pools, snack bar and beach were off the chart. There are free chairs and umbrellas at the beach in front of the condo. The condo was average. The layout and furnishings were ok. When I go to the beach on vacation I only stay at the condo to sleep. The things we didn’t like about the condo were very small like broken vertical blinds, no toilet paper roller, only 1 hand towel and wash cloth, no laundry basket, rusty shower curtain rod, etc. We highly recommend going to Cranston public beach to sit under the palm trees at the beach. Also going to Bill Baggs state park to fish and sunbathe by the lighthouse. A sunset dinner at Boater’s Grill is a must. Also book a snorkeling cruise to Biscayne National Park. We swam with a sea turtle. Top 10 experience. In the evenings we enjoyed the balcony.

This was my first time using AirBNB, and I am very pleased with the experience and this place. The condo was exactly as described, beautiful and clean. Angela met us on arrival to give us a tour of the home and to describe the property features. We had access to 3 pools, on site grocery store, BBQ grills, beach with chairs and umbrellas, beach bar, koi pond, safe environment. The extras that Angela provided, like the collapsible beach wagon, beach towels, shade umbrella, etc. were greatly appreciated and helpful. All of the appliances and TVs, were Samsung. We were able to screen share our streaming services to the TVs. Bonus extras for in the condo were 3 box fans that we were able to run in our bedrooms at night...the mature ladies really appreciated these. Kitchen was supplied with more than enough to accommodate cooking and to service the 6 adults on this stay. Thank you, Angela for going above and beyond to accommodate our second vehicle.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment before our cruise. The unit is beautifully furnished and situated, we could even see our ship arriving from the balcony! The views, both day and night, are absolutely stunning. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and safe. Also a good feature is the free metro which is available conveniently right in front of the building, which saves time compared to taking an Uber, especially when the nearby bridge is open. I would 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

This place is great ! It is inside the Four seasons hotel . The service in the hotel is great and views inside the apartment are fantastic ! Highly recommend!
