Holiday rentals with a patio in Key Colony Beach

We just spent 6 days at Yuni's airbnb. Our family of four(all adults) could not have been happier with the peace and quiet this place offered us. The private beach and pool had plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We loved the balcony overlooking the pool and beach. We enjoyed how close it was to Havanna Jack's for a quick bite to eat and drink. Yuni's place was exceptionally clean. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of our needs. She quickly responded to our questions and our needs. Yuni is one of the best hosts we have had throughout the years of using airbnbs. We definitely will go back!

Very relaxing quiet area , walking distance to a small bar with food and drinks and music. Easy to dock the boat - really clean outside shower and bathroom to clean up after being out fishing.

It was the perfect location that we wanted away from a high tourist area. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean and beautiful. I would stay here again! It was perfect for us exploring both the southern and northern keys and beaches since it's about middle of the 2. Loved it!

Don't underestimate the HUGE benefit of having unlimited access to the Cabana Club! This is a big perk with a private beach, pool and snacks. Really nice on days that you want to just chill with your family and relax. The house itself if amazing inside and has a great spot on the canal. Perfect if you want to rent a local boat or bring your own. The location is walkable to several parks and there are walking paths around the area. Farmers market and several restaurants are walkable. Really nice location! The process and the host were top notch. We are very picky about our rentals and we were impressed from start to finish...we will stay here again!

We (two couples) enjoyed a great week here. Being on the canal was nice, outside sitting spots were great. The house had plenty of cooking supplies needed. Was a tad bit smaller than I expexted, but worked out just fine. Remember to bring your shampoo, body wash etc as it's not provided. Comfortable and bright, was quiet even with boats going by. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a week at this place. Everything was perfect. The view was excellent and it was very quiet. The place was very clean and I was surprisingly happy with the amenities. The community pool was well kept. I will be recommending this place to family and friends.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The Studio style apartment was beautiful and perfect for a family of 3! Very clean with lots of amenities! The property was gorgeous as well! All of the locals in the community were very friendly. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee! The sunrise at the dock was also a sight! Robert was very quick to answer any questions I had both before we arrived and during our stay. The only disappointment was that we had to pay to use washer and dryer-and they only took quarters. We stay a lot of places where the machines take cards or it’s free. Definitely did not ruin our stay though!

Thank you so much for such an amazing stay! We loved the gorgeous property and all the lovely decor inside! Property was extremely clean and Sandy was so kind and helpful! We spent almost every evening in the hot tub! The home had everything we neded for an awesome week and was in a great central location, close to everything we wanted to do! Beautiful clean inviting home! Comfortable and felt right at home. Our family had a great vacation here! Location was perfect for our stay as our family loves to Scuba dive, snorkel, fish, explore museums and nature and just relaxing and eating out.

This property was everything and more. Clean, all amenities provided as advertised and the perfect location in Marathon. Randy was very responsive and went out of his way to provide us with top notch service. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning again.

Staying with Diana for a month was like being at home away from home. It was very easy to find. The amount of space that we had for 2- 31’ boats was more than adequate. The house served all our needs for 2 couples.

This home was everything we expected and more. Stunning location with absolute privacy. The extra long dock was amazing, the pool was fantastic, and the grounds were meticulous. It’s literally your own private resort. Roman, the host, was very quick with communication. He and his wife actually met us when we checked in to see if we had any questions and provided us with an arrival gift. If you have looked at the listing and are thinking of renting it, do it. You will not be disappointed at all. Excellent value all around.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Naomi’s place. The place was perfect for our family of 4. There was so much to do to keep our active family busy. The house was well stocked with everything you may need for meals. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We rented a boat and the dock was perfect for storing. We are looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to the keys!

My family and I really enjoyed this home the pictures do not do it justice it’s beautiful. The owners are very responsive and we were even able to check in a day early ! The canal was awesome , a boat is a must and so much fun. We saw manatees and iguanas. The private pool was fun all together a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Karen's place in the Keys! It perfectly suited the needs of our family of 5- 3 cute and cozy bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, Beautiful and fully stocked kitchen, Washer/dryer to take care of beach towels and swim suits, Deck that overlooks the ocean that was perfect for morning coffee with the sunrise, and many more amenities. It was centrally located in the Keys to allow for travel from Key Largo to Key West in a little over an hour to each end. All in all, one of our favorite family spots, and we hope to one day visit again soon! Thank you so much!

We had a great trip. The condo was clean and well maintained. The condo had everything we needed plus extras. I definitely recommend. The neighbors were nice and we enjoyed hanging out at the pool with them. Theresa was friendly and helpful. We made lots of wonderful memories with our family. Would love to stay here again. I can’t say enough good things about this condo and host. Thanks for everything.

Kate was SUPER responsive and available to us if we needed her. The home was beautiful and the decorating was top notch! I loved the interior of the condo and it was sparkling clean! I would definitely stay here again, or at any of her other properties.

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

Sea Bird Marina is the place you want to go if you have a boat. Plenty of slips and great help by TONY❣️❣️ everyone at the marina is very helpful. Plenty of great restaurants. We loved it there and will definitely be going back ❣️❣️

The kitchen was completely stocked! Didn’t need to buy a thing- other than food! It was perfectly stocked Rooms were great! Very clean and spacious. The ocean was beautiful the docks were clean and great place to fish. The extras provided were great- the fishing poles, beach chairs, etc were a surprised bonus Would gladly stay here again

Hello. We Booked this place so I could be in the sun on a lounge chair and husband could fish. It was exactly what we wanted. We were able to hang out together and both get what we wanted. He caught fish like crazy! Place is beautiful and exactly how described. Getting an Uber/lyft was easy. Sombrero Beach was beautiful. Ana was excellent to communicate with. Condo bed was very comfy and the bedroom dark. The use of a cooler and beach chairs was appreciated. Would not hesitate to book again.

This was a repeat stay with us at Darene's place, and we will come again. Darene is great with communication and responds quickly. Her place is great! The ocean view never gets old. The beach at the condos is perfect, and the proximity to the pool is also perfect! The condo is nice and accomodating. The beds are very comfortable. We had everything that we needed during our stay, and we can't wait to return again! Thank you Darene!
