A housing unit with a separate entrance, 15 minutes drive from Ben Gurion Airport. The apartment is in the center of Modi'in, 7 minutes walk from Azrieli Mall and the train. Synagogues nearby, a shopping mall 300 meters away, and more. A very quiet, air-conditioned, and spacious place. You can get a hot plate and platter for Shabbat and more... There is a gas system for heating water (does not operate on Saturday) and also a solar water heater. For those who come with an electric vehicle, there is also a charger for an electric vehicle. You can do a self check-in. Please request this in advance when booking or even after, and then we will coordinate it with you for maximum convenience.

The house is quiet and luxurious, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing a meal. In the garden there is a place for a small bonfire, Jacuzzi and outdoor shower, ornamental pool and waterfall, there is a deck for a yoga mat and various pleasant corners. Protected space - about a minute's walk down the street. And an important note: The house was built layer by layer over the years by different people. You will find special items in it. A magical olive grove near Tel Gezer, about half an hour from Tel Aviv or Jerusalem.
