During our trip, we decided to try something new and rent an entire house in one of Nha Trang’s alleyways — and Trà’s house turned out to be the perfect choice for us. It’s close to many interesting tourist spots, surrounded by plenty of cafes, ATMs, and just a relaxed 5–8 minute walk from the sea. But the highlight was the house itself — it was amazing: cool, spacious, and full of charm! I can definitely recommend renting this house as a wonderful way to immerse yourself in local life with a touch of authenticity!

Арендовав это жилье, вы получите красиво обставленный частный дом на окраине Нячанга в окружении завораживающих видов, дружелюбных соседей и с банановым деревом на заднем дворе. Хозяйка Tien и её мама дружелюбны и отзывчивы, готовы помочь со всем необходимым по запросу. При желании у них же можно арендовать байк, что очень удобно. В округе полно кофеен и мест, где можно поесть традиционную вьетнамскую еду. В 5-10 минут езды северный пляж, рынки и магазины. Также рядом расположен буддийский храм и несколько горных пиков, на которые можно совершить пеший подъем. Я советую это место для длительной аренды в Нячанге, если вы любите природу, уединение и не боитесь немного живности, вроде соседских собак или периодически попадающих в дом насекомых и ящериц.

Отличная вилла, все как на фото, было приятным дополнением уборка раз в два дня со сменой постельного и смена полотенец каждый день! Территория красивая, везде цветут цветы! Море шикарное, пляж огромный и общий бассейн! Кухня в ресторанах отличная, коктейли алкогольные не очень! Из минусов было, что выгоняют из моря в 18 вечера и не разрешают купаться и общие бассейны тоже работают до 18, но есть отличный бассейн на вилле, поэтому для нас это было отличным решением! Супермаркеты большие находятся в 30 минутах, маленькие в 17 минутах на такси, заказать такси не проблема, цены отличные! Если вы заказываете питание в комплексе - там выбор огромный шведского стола и все очень вкусно! Из минусов - как и везде в Азии много тараканов, у нас тоже были на вилле, ребята их потратили и мы находили их изредка уже в мертвом состоянии, за что отдельное спасибо хозяйке виллы! Я искренне вам рекомендую вам эту виллу и комплекс, мы отлично отдохнули и насладились морем, приезжайте!

완전 시내가 아닌 담시장 근처라 저녁때 조용해서 오히려 좋았어요. 룸4개 화장실3개라 가족들이 함께 가기에 더 좋았습니다. 다만 1층에는 방이 없고 계단이 좁고 가파른 편이라 나이드신 어르신들과 함께 가기엔 좀 어려울 것 같아요 그럼에도 컨디션 좋은 매트리스와 빵빵한 에어컨, 깔끔한 시설 등 좋은 부분이 훨씬 많아서 다음에도 나트랑 오면 또 이용할 것 같아요:)

Мы с мужем решили месяц поработать удаленно в теплой стране, и Вьетнам мы выбрали сразу и без сомнений, а вот жилье пришлось поискать, так как в большинстве объектов нет даже одного рабочего места, не говоря уже о двух. К счастью, мы нашли этот дом и он идеален - просторные комнаты, комфортные рабочие места, санузлы на каждом этаже, есть кухня со всем необходимым для готовки, что при длительном пребывании очень важно, а ещё есть внутренний дворик, где можно оставить мопед. Вода в душе реально горячая, а не еле теплая, как часто бывает, и интернет работал идеально, что для нас было очень важно. Фотографии полностью соответствуют реальности. Хозяйка очень милая и отзывчивая, она быстро решала любые возникшие вопросы и с ней было очень приятно общаться. Дом находится в переулке в стороне от основной дороги, так что движение рядом с ним не интенсивное и не шумное, до моря на мопеде можно добраться минут за 5, рядом в пешей доступности большой супермаркет, кофейни и рестораны.

Это был самый лучший отдых за всю поездку во Вьетнам! Сам дом, территория и владелец - все это оказалось просто фантастическим. Мы стреляли из лука, занимались сапсёрфингом, каждый вечер нам хозяин готовил вкусный ужин, на территории можно заказать натуральные кофе/соки. И самое главное - что нет изнурительной жары, а свежий и приятный климат. Планируем на наш день рождения приехать еще раз! Спасибо большое за прекрасное времяпровождение!

나트랑 시내에 머물려다 벌레 이슈가 많이 보여서 이곳으로 선택했는데 그외에도 전반적으로 마음에 들어 정말 잘한 선택이라 생각했어요. 버스도 바로 앞에 있어 시내까지 가성비 좋게 오갈 수 있는 데다 시내와 달리 한적하고 평화로워 편하게 휴식을 취할 수 있다는 게 마음에 들었어요. 진짜 한달 동안 바퀴벌레 한 번 안 나왔고 예쁜 바다가 식탁에서 바로 보여서 너무 행복했어요. 소통도 빠르게 되어서 불편함이 없었고 숙소도 청결했어요. 아파트 보안도 잘 되어 있는 데다 지문 인식 도어라서 열쇠 잃어버릴 일이 없는 것 역시 장점이라 느꼈어요. 바다도 가깝고 예뻐 바다 수영도 편하게 할 수 있었네요. 다음에 다시 오게 된다면 또 이곳에 머물고 싶어요~~ 정말 행복한 시간이었습니다 ! : )

Fiquei por 1 mês hospedada e amei o apartamento! A vista é incrível e a praia fica a uma curta caminhada. O apartamento é extremamente confortável e completo para uma estadia longa. A internet é muito boa para quem precisa trabalhar remotamente. Eu e meu esposo trabalhamos simultaneamente de forma extremamente confortável nas 2 mesas de escritório. O Lotte supermercado fica também a uma curta distância e é um dos melhores supermercados do Vietnã. Recomendo esta acomodação para quem estiver vindo para NhaTrang.

Super stanovanje vendar potrebno malo vzdrževanja. Predvsem balkon in zarjavela ograja.

Nice plae, have everything you need, nice location

Appartement zoals geadverteerd, netjes, schoon en volledig. Snelle service na boekings aanvraag, en zeer vriendelijk te woord gestaan. Dicht bij een mooi strand, omgeving wel heel toeristisch. Voor meer sfeer/contact met locals ga je verder van het strand af.

Staying at this accommodation was a true delight. It was furnished with all of the necessary amenities that one might need, decorated in a clean and stylish fashion and boasted a bed that was especially comfortable. Not to mention access to a washing machine on the balcony that overlooks the ocean! The location itself is convenient to many groceries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc and is only 5-10 minutes away by motorbike to the main centre of the city. Because of this, there still maintains a sense of peacefulness to the general locality. The hosts were gracious, extremely communicative and were helpful in any way that they could be. They do offer an airport taxi service to and from the apartment for you to avail should you wish. This apartment would be a lovely stay for any guest in Nha Trang for their holiday retreat!

Great place, city view. Friendly host. 10m to walk to the the beach, plus point is that the place is close to well-known local restaurants.

전체적으로 훌륭합니다. 전망도 우수합니다. 그러나 욕실에 선반이 없어 샴푸나 비누를 바닥에 놔야하는게 아쉽습니다. 훌륭한 전망에 재방문 의사 있습니다

Really comfortable, roomy apartment with a stunning ocean view, and a great location close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a large grocery store. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal including lots of tools, utensils, cups, bowls, etc. Couch is comfortable, good WiFi, plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Washing machine and AC work great. A few things to be aware of: Bed is quite firm and up against the wall (a little awkward for the person against the wall to get out of bed), and you might want an eye mask for the morning sun coming into the bedroom (I used an eye mask but my husband didn’t feel the need, so it just depends on how sensitive you are). We absolutely loved this apartment and our host was super kind and helpful during our stay. We will definitely try to stay here again when we’re in Nha Trang!

Với tư cách là host, mình muốn trải nghiệm service của nhiều host để giao lưu chia sẻ kinh nghiệm. Căn hộ của Rich tại vị trí siêu trung tâm, chất lượng khá ổn so với đơn giá. Mình khuyến khích mọi người trải nghiệm nhé.

Excellent apartment. It was our home for a month and it was very enjoyable. Location was perfect . Very central to everything and minutes from beach. The balcony has sea views which were amazing. Some minor problems were rectified quickly by the host. Very nice pool as well. Would definitely stay there again. Recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Gin’s apartment and would gladly return in the future! The place is very cozy, well-equipped with everything you might need, and has an absolutely stunning view from the window. It’s located in a great complex with shops, restaurants, fruit stands, and even a local market with exotic goods not far away. We were sad to leave, but we’ll definitely come back to visit Gin again!

A lovely short stay in Nha Trang and this room! Walkable to restaurants and bars, the place is clean and quiet!
