Holiday rentals with beach access in Khao Takiab beach

Richard’s unit was ideal for our two-week stay in Hua Hin. Comfortable furnishings, good shower with hot water. The unit is well-located in the La Habana complex, on the 7th floor with an inside view of the pool. The entire complex was very clean, extensive pool, good fitness room. The location was perfect for us, 5-minute walk to the beach, Cicada and Tamarindo markets. Richard was very quick to reply when we had questions. We will definitely want to stay there when we return to Hua Hin.

Great place to stay if you want a quiet and away from the crowd. Beautiful swimming pool and the house is perfect. We had a nice stay.

Lovely apartment with perfect view over the beach and sea. Everything was exactly as described and spotlessly clean.

Great place, very clean and comfy

WOW! This place is perfect. It’s a ground floor condo right in front of the pool that overlooks the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and condo is superbly well maintained. The beach is spotless - no garbage at all, soft sand and very clean water. There is no rip tide or undertow and, as such, is perfect for kids wanting to crash about the waves. At night, it is absolutely silent except for the crashing of the waves. While there are a few local restaurants, I’d recommend having a car to get into town as there is no public transport (at least none that I was aware of). Overall a beautiful stay.

The host was excellent, the walk to the beach was pleasant, and the apartment was lovely.

Highly recommended! The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach and with Market Village just next door. The room is beautiful, incredibly cozy, and meticulously prepared, with thoughtful touches from the wonderful host, Khun Thanyalak. We felt completely at home and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Спасибо большое за гостеприимство. Я просила детскую кроватку и стульчик для кормления, специально для нас купили , очень благодарны. Все просьбы были выполнены. Прекрасный, уютный кондоминимум, красивая территория! Хорошее, чистое постельное бельё. Удобный матрас. Не хватало очень антимоскитных сеток, детей искусали комары. Нет утюга. Если поставите антимоскитные сетки и поменяете сковородки , тогда мы к вам вернемся снова.

因为颜值而选择了这套房子，住了短短七天，整体感受下来还是不错的，唯一缺点就是位置和华欣县的中心以及海滩稍微有点远，打车不是很方便以外，其他都很好。设施出问题房东会第一时间来查看并修理，也帮我们联系了租车服务，人很热情有礼貌，总体是很完美的一次入住，下次来华欣会再考虑～

The house was very nice and team was great they were extremely responsive. The pool was great. We had an issue with one of the AC units in one of the bedrooms and they had someone over within an hour or so to get it repaired that day. The locations was great secluded a 2 minute walk to the beach. The road to access the house is pretty narrow we arrived in a large 10 person van that you see everywhere in Thailand. It could make it to the house but it was tight any normal SUV or car would have no issue getting to the property. We stayed in the rainy season and did arrive right after a HUGE storm so the street in front was flooded with a inch or two of water if we didn't arrive in such a large vehicle we would have been able to pull into the drive way and not have to walk through the water. It did drain fully shortly after we had arrived and did not flood for any of the other rain storms while we were there. These were all very minor things to me and would absolutely stay here again.

The place was cleaned and as described. The host was friendly and responsive. It's in a good location close to amenities. Good value for your bucks.

I know it sounds cliché, but Wolfgang’s house is home away from home. It’s modern and clean, comes with a deep pool, and has a fully stocked kitchen including all the appliances one might need, in case cooking is your thing. The location is perfect because it’s away from all the noise but only a short scooter ride away from restaurants, cafes, malls, bars, etc. Wolfgang provides a precise location a few days before the check-in, so the house is easy to find and the self-check-in itself is a breeze. Last but not least, Wolfgang is friendly and responsive and makes sure you have the best stay possible. I’d definitely stay at his house again in the future.

Awesome stay! Really first rate. The apartment occupies two floors, and each room is much larger than appears in the pictures. The wee pool is a particular delight. Loads of character. For perspective, we stayed the following nights in a fancy resort, but felt much more comfortable at Mark's place, for a fraction of the price.

wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder in Wens Haus für 5 Tage, es war alles wie beschrieben und wir haben und sofort wohl und zuhause gefühlt. Wir kennen Hua Hin schon sehr gut und haben uns nicht zuletzt auch für Wens Haus wegen der guten Lage entschieden. Alles top, Stylist und jederzeit gerne wieder. Heike condo is functional, stylish and practical. Heike has put careful planning into making sure her guest feels at home. The bed, pillows and towels are comfortable. You will sleep so well. You don’t need to rush to the shops on arrival as Heike has essentials in the room. Yoga mat for morning stretches Basket for your washing Towels for the pool. If you want comfort stay here. Leuk verblijf. Hua Hin is vooral voor ouderen een prachtige plek. Voor ons jonge ouders was het een prima plek om een weekje door te brengen. Vooral het zwembad was ultra relaxt voor onze baby. We zijn een keer naar het strand geweest wat ook prima is. De kamer zelf is voor ons net als thuis. Super leuk ingericht.

Notre séjour a été des plus agréables. Le logement était décoré avec goût, offrant une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions de l’hôte, comme les produits locaux mis à disposition. La communication a été fluide et l’hôte très réactif à nos demandes. Les nuits sont calmes, la piscine est très grande. À proximité commerces, accès plage ainsi que des marchés de nuit très sympas pour manger 😇. Un très bon séjour à la Habana. Coup de cœur pour nous.

후아힌에 또 오게 된다면 여기를 다시 예약할것입니다. 저녁에 이동해도 안전함, 바다와 가까워서 훌륭한 위치, 숙소는 매우 안전하며 깨끗합니다. 보안요원도 매일 웃는 얼굴로 반겨줍니다. 수영장 또한 매우 깨끗합니다.

มาทุกครั้งรู้สึกเหมือนเป็นบ้านหลังที่สอง สะดวกสบายเพราะมีเครื่องใช้ประจำบ้านเพียงพอกับการมาพักผ่อนกับครอบครัว กลับมาพักเมื่อไหร่ก็รู้สึกผ่อนคลาย

I had a wonderful stay at La Habana Hua Hin. I wish there was an option to give 6 ⭐️ because everything about this place is just right; very good price, nicely decorated apartment, big pool, very close to the beach, 2 local food markets only 1 minute away, gym, reception, security .. everything just works perfectly and everyone is so friendly and accommodating . I can definitely recommend this place to anyone

This is the 5th year we have stayed in this apartment since 2020 so I believe that itself speaks for how much we enjoy staying here. It is peaceful and yet having access to the hotel facilities is a lovely bonus especially with 20% discount off food & drink. If stsying for more than a week hire a car lots of intetesting places to visit within easy driving distance.
