I had a pleasant stay at Dariyus's place which is near the end of a quiet lane with little through traffic. The house is one of the few remaining old bungalows in an area with tree lined streets and rapidly growing apartment buildings. Even in the heat of the summer the house remained fairly cool and a newly installed air conditioner in the room helped with the warmer periods. However the ceiling fan with insect mesh windows open was sufficient for much of the time. The en-suite room I stayed in was upstairs with windows looking out above the front gate and to the side. Dariyus lives at the house and an excellent host checking to make sure I was comfortable yet unobtrusive and respectful of my privacy. He was also very accommodating to my late night departure and communicated promptly via chat to my questions and requests. The neighborhood is residential and yet there are plenty of nearby restaurants within easy walking distance. Keys to the gate and door made it easy to come and go.

Staying at Priya Tayi’s place in Pune felt like home. The space was beautiful, safe, and peaceful—perfect for solo travelers, especially women. It is right in the heart of the city. Priya Tayi is a kind and thoughtful host who made my stay truly special. Highly recommend her place to anyone visiting Pune !! It is a home away from home !! She is a very warm and hospitable host and the place is absolutely beautiful !! I would give it a 10 on 10 , please visit her and experience an exquisite stay!!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming row house! The space was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Hrishi was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the convenient location—close to local restaurants, shops, and Phoenix. It truly felt like a home away from home, so much so we ended up extending our stay. This place brings in soo many memories as I stayed in and around the same area during my college days! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

highly recommend for stay in pune

It was a comfortable stay, highly approved safety. Everything was neat and clean and the host is very sweet, easy to reach!

This place is great for families or groups, as each of the three bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Towels were provided and the beds were neatly made up and comfortable. There was a washing machine, iron and ironing board and clothes hanging rack, and basically everything you need to manage your stay (incl crockery and pots and pans) and the staff are friendly and helpful. The property is however a little run down as it looks like it has been heavily used. Things are falling apart a little bit and don’t lean on the end of the dining table as it is not attached to the base :)

Ashish's place is really the heart of downtown Pune; you can't get a better location. Set amidst lush green trees, you wake up to the sounds of birds in the morning. As the morning progresses, inside the apartment, its very very peaceful; thanks to great soundproof windows. The house is impeccably appointed, fully equipped kitchen, superbly furnished living room, bedrooms and clean showers. We stayed more than a week, and the struggle was whether we enjoy indoors or go out on a stroll and partake some wonderful eateries within walking distance. Very well connected; 1 minute walk to metro station, Uber, OLA, auto available immediately, anytime of the day. Grocery delivery; food delivery is a breeze. Ashish has been a great host and took care of all our requirement and requests very promptly. We would stay here again and again.

The place is great and the surrounding is beautiful. Host is always responsiveness and takes complains seriously and provides fixes ASAP. The flat felt just like home and it comes with all amenities.

The early morning sun rise from the bedroom balcony was treat to eye. Perfect location and good view

Nice house for a family to stay in Bavdhan area. There is play area in society for kids to spend time. The balcony has nice nature view. The only issue is that there is connectivity issue with Airtel in that area. Ketaki is very kind and responds quickly to queries. She was flexible with check out and that helped a lot.

A delightful stay with everything handles smoothly

Mr. Santosh’s AirBnB is a very good choice for those looking for an aesthetic and peaceful place to stay in Pune city. The apartment is really beautiful and it matches the images as shown. The rooms are decently comfortable and all the basic necessities are provided. The view from the balconies(which are quite spacious) is also great and it feels relaxing to sit out there. Online delivery services like Blinkit, Zomato etc. are all available here so one has the comfort of ordering in. The kitchen too has all the basic utensils and cutlery so one can cook if they wish. Additionally, Mr. Santosh is a very responsive host. He made sure to help us in every possible way, thereby ensuring that our stay was comfortable. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay here and this AirBnB is definitely recommended.
