Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

The apartment is located in the center of the historic district, on a very beautiful old street. You will stay in a quiet, typical Georgian courtyard and can enjoy the view from the balcony. The house is old but fully renovated and designed by me. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a full bathroom (7 sq. m). The apartment offers self check-in. A real Tbilisi home, full of light and greenery. It is located in one of the best areas of Tbilisi, Mtatsminda, just 260 metres from Rustaveli Avenue, the city’s main street. Museums, restaurants and the main sights are all within easy walking distance. At the same time, the house itself is very quiet and peaceful. High ceilings, four spacious rooms and a private entrance give it the rare feeling of a real home right in the very centre of the city.

Our house is near the wood, (but It's 15 minutes from the centre by walk). So, you can feel cool and fresh air. From the balcony, you can enjoy the picturesque view of Caucasian mountain range. Our house is perfect for anyone who wants to discover traditional atmosphere of Georgia, feel relaxed around the forest of pine, and enjoy big garden with nice flower-beds and vineyard. We can offer to taste delicious Georgian wine.

The apartments are located in Old Tbilisi on Ivane Machabeli Street, near Freedom Square. The historic building from the second half of the 19th century, designed in Neo-Moorish style, preserves the authentic spirit of the city.
