Overall a really good stay, responsive friendly hosts. The pool was definitely a highlight alongside the mini supermarket downstairs that’s open 24 , very convenient. The place looks like the picture, the only improvement for me would be the couch, it does sink a little. Overall I would recommend this host

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The room was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and we really appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and a kitchen utensils. The host (birdy) was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and easy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great local spots nearby for food and coffee. I just want to say thank you for being on airbnb! The host is really responsive, answered every question that i have and is helpful. I stayed for a month, the manager nat can always be approached if you need help. The housekeepers do a great job in cleaning i loved them so much! The other airbnb guest are also easy to talk too so it feels just like home. Just outside of the airbnb there is a small store, it has anything u need from drink, travel size detergent, or even a chat buddy. Perfect place i wish i will come back soon.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in the appartment. We loved everything about it!The view from the balcony is one of the best you can get and the apartment was fabulous. Krittiya is one of the nicest persons you can find - it felt like meeting an old friend! 💕 The pool area and the gym are nice. We spent a week and we did not see anyone else at the pool. Felt a bit like you had your private pool. We loved the neighbourhood, but be aware that this is not central Bangkok, this is Nonthaburi, a suburb to Bangkok, where there are less turists and you can experience the everyday life. Just what we wanted, to be able to sit at a small restaurant on the pavement and eat the most delicious food. We will definitely come back to both the area and the apartment. Fredrik & Helen

Exceptional accommodation and service

Puwanart's space for my family was a home away from home. Since the time we entered the Areeya estate it felt like a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by residential properties within a gated and guarded community. The neighbourhood is quite, private ,safe and highly suitable for a family. The house is well equipped with all the required amenities and was spotless when we checked in. Bangkok city center is easily accessible by taxi and the best way to get to center is through grab taxis. Also there is a nice market with lot of food and shopping options right at entrance of the estate. I would highly recommend Puwanart's space to anyone visiting Bangkok and will definitely choose this space in our next visit.

Domes house was amazing. The place is huge and has everything you would ever need from a house including laser fast wifi. The community is quiet and friendly, gated with 24hr security, gym, and pool. Also, Dome is a great host. He showed us around and helped us whenever we needed something. Great guy. 5 stars!

Beautiful house with great places to eat nearby! I truly enjoyed spending New Year’s here. Suwait is an incredibly sweet and helpful host, making the stay even more delightful. If you’re looking for the perfect villa getaway, this is the place to be!

Thank you to the host very much as they are so responsive whenever we needed help. The house really feels like home, well-equipped amenities. There were a bit of problem about leaking but they fixed it as fast as they can. We were also given free cleaning of the house, and we are very grateful. It was great living here for a month. We stayed for a tennis tournament.Clean and safe apartment.Tennis courts, restaurants, massages and supermarkets are all within walking distance.The host is very friendly and quick to answer questions. I'd love to stay next time.

It is a very convenient stay. The host can answer questions in an understandable way. The room access system is considered safe and in good condition. The location is also good, close to the mall, close to the local market, and easy to access food. The important thing is that it is close to the MRT pink line, which is convenient for accessing the city center and suburbs. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay long stay because the price is reasonable.

Words can’t describe how satisfied and happy I was with staying at Fons’s place!!! From when I arrived to my checkout, Fon was so helpful, she helped me with my bags, she even took me to the store and help me with errands, took me to get food etc. Very sweet and kind lady. This was honestly one of the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend you book this apartment. You will not regret it!! My only con was the mosquitoes and but that’s just something natural here in Thailand.

Great host, location super close to train stop, very good bed

I'm very glad we stayed at Viboon’s place. The apartment was perfectly clean and had everything we needed (towels, bed linen, even things like cotton swabs). There's a washing machine on the balcony. Despite the large number of apartments on the floor, it was completely quiet — we didn't hear any noise at all. There’s access to a gym and swimming pool, which was also a nice bonus. The residential complex itself deserves a special mention. The grounds are very well maintained, and there’s a small pond with frogs. I was especially pleased to see many containers for separate waste collection. There’s a 7/11 very close by, and right across the street are Big C and the MRT Bang Krasor station. We were warmly welcomed and seen off — thank you again, Viboon and Suzy! We’ll definitely be back :)

there were small problems but the host quickly solved them, the stay was well spent, the apartment was nice and clean, nice gym, swimming pool, comfortable swimming pool with a view of the city and the garden, the host quickly responds and helps with problems
