Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Khlong Toei

My friends and I stayed here for a few nights. The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for a group stay. The air conditioning worked well (super cold), and the location is convenient with walking distance to cafés nearby and to the BRT. We especially loved the games room, it kept us entertained for hours. The neighbourhood was peaceful. We had a small issue with a room door lock, but the host managed to arrange a locksmith, even late at night, which we really appreciated. Recommended for a fun stay with friends!

It's my first bnb experience, made me felt very comfortable and friendly. The house is not located at CBD but not too far, and easy to find. Close to BTS station, lots of food venders and a 7-11 around corner. Totally shows Bangkok's local street, very suitable for someone want to explore local life and foodies. We had a wonderful week at lovely cozy house, wish can come back soon!

Great location for exploring Bangkok as it close to all the shopping areas and eateries. The house is clean and well maintained. It has lots of space to spread out.

The house was gorgeous, peaceful, and well-situated. My family enjoyed hanging out together around the living room. the neighborhood was great, with tons of local street food. If you like non-touristy, yet accessible areas, come here.

Dreamm’s listing was exactly as described. Spacious, clean, quiet neighborhood. Great amenities, washer and dryer was a plus. BTS station is an 8-10 minute walk. An abundance of stores and restaurants within walking distance. 24 hr. 7-11 store is a 5 minuet walk. Some of my personal recommendations would be, take the hop on hop off boat and the 4 hour bike tour. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay at Dreamm’s place. She was a very responsive host. I highly recommend this air b&b and will return.

The house is a little quaint shophouse tucked at the corner of a quiet street. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the nearest train station, so getting around wasn’t too difficult. There’s a 7-11 and a Lotus supermarket nearby, and some great local food vendors which Pasakorn kindly recommended to us. Super convenient too—there’s even a self-service laundry shop just a minute or two from the house. Inside, the place is full of character. You can tell the host put a lot of thought into every corner of the home, from the decor to the little touches that made it feel cosy and welcoming.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Aim's Airbnb in Bangkok! The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was more than enough space for our group of three. Aim provided very clear and detailed self check-in instructions, which made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. He was also very accommodating of our requests, like allowing us to drop off our luggage early since we arrived before check-in time. The location is excellent as it's close to the main road but still quiet and peaceful, with a 7/11 and a spa just around the corner. Plus, the BTS is only a few minutes’ walk away, making it super convenient to get around the city. Even though we didn’t meet in person, Aim was a fantastic host—always responsive and generous with recommendations for food spots and things to do around Bangkok. I would definitely love to book with Aim again in the future. Highly recommended!

La ubicación de este alojamiento es sencillamente fantástica, cerca del BTS, masajes, caminando tienes a menos de 2min una cafetería “Stockroom” 100% recomendada😋 Primera vez que me hospedo en un lugar con zonas compartidas, no fue un inconveniente ya que estuvimos solos en el edificio, si es una estadía más larga y deseas cocinar yo lo tendría en consideración. Me sentí muy bien recibida, tenían todo lo necesario para hacer de nuestra estadía una estancia muy placentera! Me encantó la zona y la accesibilidad a su alrededor! We appreciate David as a host. He is very responsive and easy to talk to. His place has a beautiful city view, it's very relaxing and not noisy at all. There are enough tables and chairs, we love the pillows and the comfy bed. The kitchen is well equipped with what we need. The bathroom is spacious and the water is strong. Hot and cold option is available. The internet was fast, we feel at home. Will surely book your place again in our next visit. Thank you for being so accommodating. To our fellow traveller: There's a nearby resto, but we highly suggest you go local. Just cross the street and go left, pass by the overpass and you'll see the street that serves really good and value for money food. We really enjoyed our stay! Thailand is such a beautiful country! Good food and heart warming people.

This condominium is conveniently located near Thonglor BTS station (less than 5-min. walking). I used the BTS Skytrain to get to the Asok, Phrom Phong, and Ekamai areas. Those well-known restaurants, bars, and clubs are nearby as well. The host, Y, was responsive, friendly, and very accommodating. I would stay this place again.

I had a wonderful stay at this place at Sukhumvit 77 area. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. Being on a high floor, the view from the bedroom at night was absolutely stunning—Bangkok’s skyline lit up beautifully and created a calm, peaceful vibe that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The location is very convenient with easy access to restaurants, local shops, and public transport. The building itself felt safe and well-maintained, with great amenities and friendly staff. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. I appreciated the small thoughtful touches in the apartment, which made it feel like a home away from home. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bangkok. I’d be happy to stay here again on my next trip. Thank you for a great hospitality!

Stayed the second time in this building and had again a great stay. The hosts are support supportive and always help out. The first room we got smelled unfortunately badly like smoke and within a few hours we were able to move to another one - absolutely great! Rooms are clean, have a great size and are perfect for people that stay a bit longer.

Great location near the BTS station and a river pier making the whole of Bangkok easily accessible. Nice and quiet at nights.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Jun's place. The building itself is well maintained and very easy to order grabfood. The unit is very new, clean and they have provided almost everything we need. They even have extra curtain for us to put on as it could be quite bright in the morning. Peaceful location.

This apartment is absolutely perfect! The building is a few minutes walk to the BTS Nana Station, numerous 24 hour restaurants, 24 hour supermarket and a 7/11 across the street. The apartment remains quiet even with all the late night activities. I highly recommend

The room is very clean and tidy. The night view can see the twinkling lights which is so beautiful. The host is friendly and helpful in everything and gives good advice. It is very convenient to travel around. From the BTS station, there is a shortcut that can be easily walked.

Super loved our 6 day stay at JJ Suites! The unit was way more spacious than we expected. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Big plus for the complimentary box too! The location couldn’t be more perfect, it was super convenient! No regrets.
