I highly recommend Lucas place it was extremely close to shopping centre’s restaurants and park and transport. Lucas apartment was immaculate and spacious Luca was friendly and had outstanding communication Nothing was a hassle and he responded straight away We asked for a late check out and Lucas was very accommodating and let us check out at 5pm as it would have been a nightmare carting 6 suitcases around all day. We will definitely be staying next time we are in Bangkok. Thank you so much Luca we really appreciate you going above and beyond. 5* 😊

Great place! Security was a little tricky, but once registered it was ok. The on site staff were super helpful.

5 star place. The host was super responsive and proactive - check-in details were clear. The flat is spotless, comfortable and exactly as described. The condo has super amenities (the pool and gym are on the 12th floor and rarely busy). The restaurant downstairs is decent and can deliver up to the room. There is a 7/11 and great massage place within 5 mins walk. The area is a little far from main points of interest but the value absolutely makes up for it. They are building up a lot in the area and I reckon it will be awesome in 6 months time. I would happily stay there again and recommend it.

amazing, however please be aware of laws in the kingdom concerning air b n bs so that youre not blindsided...Gocce was very informative and was up front and knowledgeable about laws concerning condo rentals.. her place is amazing...phenomenal views

Embraced with Thai attributes Birdy was kind, very cooperative and flexible. The apartment was a brief distance from BTS skytrain station “Thong Lo” and many convenient markets , massage parlors, food stalls, around the area. Major attractions of Bangkok ( Chinatown, Wat pho, grand palace , night markets) about 40 min by transportation on a very comfortable climatized train The apartment situated on the 24th floor with all the amenities( washing machine, small balcony, good mattress, normal refrigerator) and a steady 24h flow of hot water The building has a gym at 7th floor, with sauna , showers and a open air pool but those between the time we spend 14-24/4 were under renovations due to the damages caused by the earthquake of Myanmar Overall my personal experience was content I would rebooking if have to visit again Bangkok

Waren bevoorrecht om deze condo te mogen huren, complete inrichting, goed bed, complete badkamer met (regen)douche, en bad......en schitterend uitzicht over de chaopraya! En dan het zwembad op de 6e verdieping, werkelijk schitterend! Ook was er een complete gym,.....maar hebben daar geen gebruik van gemaakt. Gratis bootservice naar de overkant inclusief. Nath is een superhost!, reageerde altijd meteen bij vragen en dacht meteen mee in oplossingen en regelde het! Wij zijn al verschillende keren in Bangkok geweest, maar deze keer was het toch wel helemaal top! Bij deze wil ik ook het personeel, zoals de dames van de schoonmaak, de beveiliging benoemen voor hun werk, vriendelijkheid en service gerichtheid, niets was hun teveel!! Wij hebben het heel erg naar onze zin gehad en kunnen echt niet bedenken wat beter zou kunnen,.....nogmaals mr. Nath, dank u wel voor de gastvrijheid!!

Had a great stay here! The unit was large and bright and the location is amazing, steps to the BTS. Very communicative hosts as well. The circle shaped bed was a little strange but I guess it let them put both a king sized bed & desk in the bedroom so I understand. Lots of equipment in the kitchen and a grocery store right around the corner. Highly recommend!

L'appartement est très bien entretenu, propre et conforme à la description. Il est idéalement situé, ce qui facilite les déplacements et l'accès aux principaux points d'intérêt. L'entrée est simple et très bien expliquée, ce qui rend l'arrivée sans tracas. L'hôte est réactif, répond rapidement aux messages et se montre très serviable. On s'est sentis en confiance tout au long du séjour. Le seul point à noter : le lit est très ferme. Personnellement, je n’ai pas aimé, mais ma conjointe a adoré – c’est vraiment une question de préférence personnelle. Mis à part cela, tout était parfait !

Ein tolles Erlebnis Nuttamas Unterkunft! Zentral und doch ruhig. Sehr gutes Bett, ich hab wirklich prima geschlafen. Das helle blitzsaubere Bad ist riesig und hat überall gute Ablagen für alles was man so an Kosmetik braucht. Die Panorama-Aussicht auf die Stadt ist wirklich grandios und besonders abends wenn alles beleuchtet und ist, kann man sich nicht satt sehen!!! Das Gym ist super ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt und nach dem Training kann man sich in dem Pool mit langen Schwimmbahnen abkühlen. Wenn man abends voller Erlebnisse aus dem quirligen Bangkok wieder einkehrt, empfängt einen eine freundliche Empfangsdame und wohltuende Musik am Aufzug - man entspannt sofort. Der Checkin war mega einfach, komfortabel und unkompliziert. Nuttama ist wirklich immer zu erreichen. Toll ist auch der 7/11 in unmittelbarer Nähe wo man alles bekommt. Und an der Hauptstraße links nur ein paar Meter entfernt finden sich zahlreiche Garküchen, frisches Obst, Kaffee. Danke Nuttama, ich komme wieder!

I stayed at Lucy’s place during the earthquake in Bangkok and she and her co host always put our safety and comfort first. Unfortunately we had to evacuate and cut our stay one week short but they still went out of their way to find a new place for us to stay for our remaining days in Bangkok. Besides their kindness and assistance our stay at the condo was great! The amenities in the building like pool and gym are very nice. We really enjoyed our time there. I would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay!

Mon séjour d’un mois chez BeeBee a été fabuleux! L’appartement fonctionnel, propre, bien décoré et parfaitement aménagé est dans un immeuble moderne, propre, sécurisé et parfaitement équipé! Le logement est à quelques pas du Métro, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement. BeeBee a toujours été très réactive et m’a donné toutes les informations dont j’avais besoin. C’est un appartement que je recommande et où je pense retourner lors d’éventuels autres séjours à Bangkok!

The house is clean and nicely arranged including packets of coffee which is a nice touch. The building is clean and easy to get into and super-well located. The host checked on us by text to make sure things were going smoothly. Importantly, the AC worked well. Having the bedroom surrounded by glass partitions makes the place look bigger (it is small but fine for 2 people) and keeps the bedroom cool for sleeping as the bedroom has its own AC. One small issue was the elevator not responding and once we figured out that there is no need to use the key fob to go to the first floor, the issue was resolved. (A suggestion for future guest instructions). I would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in May 2025, the apartment had everything we needed and was in a popular area, it’s about a 10 min walk to Sukhumvit Rd. Which suited us well. I used the gym quite a few times which was good. All instructions were very clear and it was extremely well organised. The only thing which we found slightly difficult was that we only had 1 key and security pass which are connected together and as there was 2 of us and quite often went out separately we had to co ordinate our times to make sure we could get back into the apartment. 2 keys and security passes would be a big help. All good though. Thank you A+++

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an amazing experience! The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and 7/11. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in. For future stays, it would be great to have a kettle in the kitchen for making tea or coffee, and a small foot towel in the bathroom would be a thoughtful addition. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I would definitely book it again in the future!

This onsen in this house is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The house was clean, calming, and beautifully set up. The location is perfect, just a short walk to cafes and shops and BTS, yet quiet and peaceful. The host was super kind family, making our stay even more enjoyable, very responsive and always helpful in anything you want to do in this city. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and serene stay in Bangkok.

Always the best place to stay…. Stayed there about 1 year, very very kind hearted host. Always responded for anything we needed. The house is so peaceful surrounded with nature, and what more we can say, they were like a family when we had a medical emergency, helped us around, and been very flexible, hard to find people like them nowadays.…. And again came back to the same place, will come and stay again in the future! Note: There is a review by a person named Loris, I’m sure it’s must be a big miscommunication with the host….impossible they behave that way….felt want to express my opinion after i had read the review!
