Family-friendly holiday rentals in Kiato

Very spacious living spaces and outdoor areas, with beautiful views of the sea, lake and mountains! Except for the failure of the hot tub on the first evening, everything was perfect! But we also understood that some things just can't be fixed within a few days. Tip for the next guests: Stay strong and don't feed the cats! There are more and more of them every day and they are becoming more and more intrusive!

The house is, without a shadow of a doubt, wonderful. Every room in the house is clean and there are all kinds of comforts. The exterior is also very well maintained and clean. The owner is kind and helpful for any kind of problem. I can only recommend this home for all those who want relaxation and privacy while still feeling at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's beautiful villa. The space was perfect for our group of 8 to be comfortable with each person having their own room and private bathroom. There are plenty of amenities included - we used the downstairs kitchen area for mealtimes, which leads to the outside space and and exterior covered dining area offering shade from the sun. The house also comes complete with air-conditioning throughout and window nets, keeping the inside of the house cool and free of insects. The pool area, complete with multiple loungers, was great for relaxation and many trees in the spacious gardens offered shade and peace. This is a fabulously tranquil and relaxing space with a great number of good restaurants, and bakeries, only a few minutes away. Maria is a welcoming and gracious host who quickly responds to any queries, and clearly cares deeply about the well-being and enjoyment of her guests. We would not hesitate to visit this fabulous property again. Thank you Maria!

We stayed at Natalia's place in August,this vacation was the best for us in recent years. I liked absolutely everything, the apartment is homey,clean, wonderful area near the house, we always had breakfast on the street,a beautiful view, the sea is nearby,Natalia is always in touch. Great location, big house as described with all amenities, attentive and quick to communicate host

Great place with a very large private rooftop. Jacuzzi and barbecue were used more often,great views of the sea. The beach right at your doorstep,as well as bakers and a few restaurant within walking distance. In case of any issues (we had a power outage at night)were promptly responded and repaired. There are also a few tips for excursions and restaurants. The ladies in the adjacent travel agency were also very nice and helpful at check in. We really enjoyed it and we will come back on the occasion.

From the rare cases of accommodation! THE EPITOME OF HOSPITALITY! Great room, great host, and Joanna! First time I arrived on my mobile phone a FULL and detailed guide for both the room (operation, etc.) and the surrounding area. He even had delivery phones! As for the room, the private pool as well as the whole space, fragrant towels, bathrobes and sheets, automation in kitchen and bathroom, with excellent taste made of the interior. Value for money and more! 5 out of 5 with tuna! Well done again!!!!

We met at the place for a wedding, we received clear instructions for our arrival at the place and we were asked if we needed an extra bed because we had a 2-year-old baby with us. Perfect communication, very clean space and really 2 minutes from the beach. We will definitely choose it again. Thank you again

We spent a couple of days in Athas beautiful home in Peleponesse. The house is georgeous, the area i packed with mycenae sites and the beaches are well with in walking distance. Athas house is really beautiful with all amenities and the terrasse is shaded from noon and on wards.

First would like to say thank you to Maria for such THE hospitality. Once we arrived she prepared lots of food for us(which was absolute perfection since we had long and tiring road), and once I requested a child cot (which was not mentioned in an amenities) she immediately replied that she will provide. To be honest I have never experienced something like this with Airbnb. House was spotless clean, rooms are perfectly located , kitchen is facing absolutely lovely garden. Hosts live above but it was not a single day that we were bothered with noice or unwanted attention from them. Also would like to say about Kiato , it’s a nice place that can be reached easily by train , beach is very convenient and wide , comfortable to be with little kids, plenty of nice and stylish restaurants. Honestly price/location/service wise it was the best deal ever. Recommended!

We just spent a week at Nikos apartment and had an amazing stay. We were looking for a peaceful atmosphere in a beautiful surrounding with the option to go a restaurant and the beach. The apartment offered all that and were really relaxed when we left. Only thing that is not clear from the apartment info, the second room with the single beds is not a proper room, it’s part of the living room. But that did not pose a problem for us. We loved it and can highly recommend it!

We felt excellent, we had everything we needed, the family was extremely friendly and waited for us with food. I highly recommend and thank you to the family.🥰

We had a perfect vacation at Anastasios’s place! His hospitality was so kind and helpful, he was available to answer questions about the area and things to do, and waited for us when we arrived to show us into the house. The location is a dream come true, the terrace just above the beach, and the crystal clear water that opened our hearts every sunset. The kitchen was fully equipped, and plenty of bedding and towels were offered. Although the living room is quite small we didn’t mind it because we spent most of our time on the terrace or in the beach. I would definitely love to come back to this house!

Richard, Effie and their 3 lovely dogs were together very sweet and welcoming. They gave us an amazingly lovely stay at their lovely place with super home surrounded by lovely olive trees. Chickens, geese, and turkeys were part of a wonderful environment. We can in every way recommend everyone to book a stay at this lovely spot. And we'd love to come back another time.

Wonderful location and beautiful place! Quiet and relaxing. The house is very well equipped and clean. We had coffee and food so we didn't have to run to the store as soon as we arrived. There are games for the kids and one. Very nice board to put in the water to discover the sea. This place is just beautiful and very well maintained. We will come back! Our family had a wonderful stay here. The villa is beautiful especially the outdoor area with pool, seating and barbecue area with a stunning view where we spent most our time. It is a little off the beaten track which we loved. Agioi Theodoroi is a small town but has everything you need including lovely restaurants and cafe options. We were also well located for a couple of sightseeing trips including Ancient Corinth and Athens. I would also add that a little cat also calls this villa home. She is lovely and friendly, and we enjoyed her company but it’s a consideration for those who have severe cat allergies. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an authentic Greek holiday experience.

This home was so beautiful! It was a perfect size for our family of 8 (4 adults, 4 children). The views could not be better. The pools were great, we spent a lot of time in them. The beach is a short walk. There is a restaurant down the road we ate at multiple times with fresh fish daily, or you can drive a short 25 minutes into town for many restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts were very responsive, house was very clean, comfortable beds. Overall an amazing stay and we would highly recommend!

Maria and her husband are a very responsive, helpful and discrete couple/hosts. The place is great for children and big families or friends with children. The house is in a very nice area but can feel a bit remote as in the vicinity there are no restaurants or shops. You need a car. Notwithstanding the above, Maria had all necessary at our disposal when we arrived late. Thank you Maria

GIannis's villa does indeed have a beautiful view, and it's great just to soak up the peace and quiet and enjoy the pool. But it's also quite near ancient Corinth and only an hour away from Mycenae, which are both stunning locations. The pebble beaches nearby (about a 10 minute drive) are clean, pleasant and not too crowded and there are also restaurants to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this truly exceptional place! The house is beautifully located with a stunning view that we never got tired of. It’s well equipped for preparing simple meals, and if you travel with a baby. A few toys were even provided, which was a lovely touch. The pool is fantastic, with a secure fence all around, which made it very reassuring with a small child. There is also a dog on the property, absolutely adorable. No worries at all with kids! While a bit of a drive is needed to reach towns and sights, it’s a great base to explore the region on day trips, and it’s always a pleasure to return to this peaceful and breathtaking setting. Nikos was always very responsive via message and gave us helpful advice throughout our stay. His parents live in the same house, but in a completely independent part. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, always available if needed, while remaining very discreet. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

We spent only one night with a friend in this accommodation. Panos is very welcoming and showed us everything we needed to know, recommended nearby activities and answered our questions. What else can I add? Comfortable beds, nice terrace, very nice sea view.

This house is the end, what a beautiful day we have had as a family in this fantastic villa! We were super taken care of and the toys for our son were already ready. Everything has been thought of and it was also sparkling clean. The contact with George and Lenia was very familiar, we felt very at home and they were very sweet to us. At the end, we received a beautiful gift that will always stay with us. Not necessary, but the personal and warm contact provides that extra experience. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

Lydia’s place is in a spectacular setting and was set up with everything we needed and a lovely selection of welcome food. I arrived with a broken ankle and I seriously couldn’t have asked for a better place to hole up with a book and view. Lydia is one of the best hosts I’ve ever come across.
