Family-friendly holiday rentals in Kiawah Island

Everything was exactly as described and the location was FANTASTIC for traveling with small kids. Tamra & Lisa were great communicators ahead of and during our stay, even welcoming us with wine and cheese. Everything was comfortable and the pack n play & high chair on site were a great bonus. The kitchen is fully, full equipped if you like to do some cooking at “home” like we do. There are some fragile items at curious tot level but the living areas are child friendly. Absolutely recommend these hosts and this stay!

Our stay was only a short weekend for a wedding. We did not get to enjoy the pool or beach. No issues with stay except the back half of the villa was much warmer than the front half. The bunk room with 3 adult children had 3 tower fans and they said the night was okay. Father In law was happy being warmer since he’s always cold. Overall it was a great location close to rehearsal dinner and wedding venue.

It was really clean and smelled nice. he also provided a lot of towels which was nice. everything worked how expected and the property is beautiful.

With us and children’s families we had plenty of room and things to do right on the property for 6 adults and 5 grandchildren from 2 to 10 years old! We had a blast: plenty of beds, bathrooms, big kitchen and den, indoor swimming pool, game room, hot tub, fire pit, short street for bikes, garage. On raining periods or at night the house was great for eating, play and family time! We got the golf cart and biked minutes from Folly Field beach and also to Island beach which were great beaches. Biking on the beaches and the innumerable wonderful trails throughout Hilton Head is amazing for those who take advantage of it. Besides the beach adventures we also took advantage of the horseback riding at Lawton Stables and the Pirates of Hilton Head kids pirate ship adventure at Harbor Town which was something the kids and adults will not forget. We ate most of the time in our great kitchen but some did get to enjoy two fabulous seafood restaurants. Hilton Head is a beautiful island!

Steve and Jenna were super friendly and very accommodating. They extended our guest pass so we could use the amenities after check out! The place was super clean, and so much to do for all our kids! Thank you Steve and Jenna!

We were in town celebrating my brother’s wedding, and Joseph’s home was the perfect place to unwind and spend time with family. The pool area was beautiful! He was extremely responsive and the home was very comfortable and well equipped.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Communication was excellent. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the weekend.

We had a great time staying at Hilton Head Resort Condos. The place looked exactly like the photos. The walk to the beach was very manageable even with two young kids. The beach was great, we even drove into Savannah and Tybee Island for the day twice, very manageable outings. Would definitely stay here again!

Apartment was very clean and great location between the beach and downtown Charleston.

We can't say enough about the Cottage on Waight! It was immaculate & has eveything you need( and more) for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was extremely well appointed & everything you could need to cook a great meal . It even had some nice snacks, a variety of coffees & teas, spices condiments and more. The home had ample bathroom supplies... including cotton balls, qtips- even finger nail polish remover! You really didn't need a thing. Complete supply of cleaning supplies and laundry stuff. There are several outdoor spaces... we enjoyed the screen porch during a thunderstorm & the patio in the eveningsv that were unseasonably cool. They must use some type of pest control services because there were no bugs- inside or out! One of the best things is it's walkability- the great neighborhood for walking w/ many homes being remodeled or newly built. Less than a mile easy walk into downtown Beaufort with sidewalks everywhere. The Spanish Moss Trail is close & a must do esp w/ dogs!

This home was amazing! Calvin has a slice of paradise that we were able to call home for the weekend! His home was spacious both inside and out and the back yard was massive for our two pups to run freely! Neighborhood is super nice and quiet! This was a trip to propose to my Girlfriend and without this house I couldn't have made that happen! 12 out of 10 on the scale! we will definitely be back!

What a wonderful bungalow! It had all the amenities in the listing, and all the pictures matched up. My wife and pups enjoyed our stay! Pete and Jessica are extremely responsive! Perfect location where you’re just a drive away to Shem‘s Creek, downtown Charleston or even Daniel’s Island. It was clean and tidy in the bed was comfortable too.

We traveled to the area to attend a show in Charleston and also to relax and recharge a bit with our two dogs. The fenced in area was perfect for the pups and we were able to take them on walks on the trails and down to the lake. Such a peaceful, beautiful setting. The cabin was comfortable and rustic with everything we needed. Denise and Tanya were so thoughtful, provided many “extras” and a tour of the farm. A highlight for me was kayaking and feeding carrots to the horses. We highly recommend and would rent there again.

Great location - highly recommend. Easy to walk to beach and all the attractions in Folly. We didn’t really utilize the outdoor space (it wasn’t super well kept), but can’t be the location and value, and I was very happy with the layout, amenities, and overall experience for our group. I would book again.

Wonderful location with a second floor view of the ocean! Everything you will need for your vacation is there. Easy walk to the beach or the marsh. Definitely the best value for our family of two on Fripp!!!

Amy’s place was beautiful and historic. It was updated and felt comfortable while still maintaining that old southern charm. We also loved being right off of King St.

Beautiful clean house in a great neighborhood. Great location, there is a lot to do and see within a short drive. Host was very welcoming and very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this house.

Our stay was great and as expected! It's a cheap option to stay on Hilton Head right by the beach with the option to use the pool as well.

I stayed here with my husband and 1.5 y/o. It was perfect and felt homey! Hosts were super friendly and responsive. It was a great location. Close to the beach, the island had a beautiful playground for small kids, and 2 days we even drove into Charleston, which was only about 40 mins away.

We really enjoyed our time on Seabrook Island. We felt right at home, the house was beautifully decorated, all updated and very clean! It was perfect for our girls getaway! So much to see and do, we can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay at Marina's beach hut. We walked to the beach morning and evening and views on the beach were beautiful. Everyone was so friendly. Had plenty of space for our family to either be together or spread out in the house space. House was well stocked with beach and home supplies. Loved having space for our car in the garage. Master bath shower was luxurious! Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Loved the keyless entry system!

Absolutely the best house and location. Melissa was extremely helpful and responsive. The pool was amazing. We can't wait to come back here again! Will definitely book this place every time!
